It is handy to use, but customer service is really difficult to get any information
It is handy to use, only problem comes in when u have to accept the perx card for 2nd time, you actually need to log out in order to see the card in your wallet as this information is not available anywhere.. customer service is no good. It takes ages for them to sort the simple problems like this. Once you get Pass this then it works fine.

Card download process was broken
The link provided in the invitation e-mail was flagged as a security risk. I eventually got it sorted but these things should not happen.
I also registered for 3DS but it has not worked when trying to use the card online. And once registered I can't verify that the details I supplied were accurate.

Easy to Add to wallet on iphone but total time wasting exercise to add to apple watch, refers you to call support to get the card verified or via the website. Called the number and support were absolutely useless and it felt like it was a fob off to get me off the phone. And basically said it was an apple issue and I should call them to get the card verified!! When I challenged this I was told I would need to email the support team at Perx.... which was the same team I just called. Seriously the person I got on the call should be sent back to so a few weeks or months of training for something that ended up being an easy fix on the Perx side. I would not recommend using this company at all and definitely not calling what they losely call support.
