Terrible company to deal with
Terrible company to deal with. A massive pain in the ass to even get the gift card added to the app and/or wallet.
Add then when I went to actually spend the money, even though I received the text with the verification code, entered the code correctly, the transaction would fail. Attempted this multiple time with no joy. And guess what, their customer service wasn't open, so I'd have to wait until the next day, which isn't a lot of help

Every year this seems to get more complicated
Every year I go back to buy these cards it’s a different setup and never explained on the site. So you have no choice but to call. Eg: existing customer login details that are no longer relevant and you have to reregister as a customer. Again simple enough process just terribly communicated and not on the site.
I had to make multiple calls to incredibly annoying call centres that 2 times gave me the wrong number and this was just to find out that I had to reregister.
If it’s not straight forward next year 100% will be moving to different company.

We have used Perx for the last 4 years. Last year and this year were seamless. A few user issues but as far as speed and delivery goes - top marks.

With the mobile phone version found it a lot easier to use and buy things. Only downside and for future updates it be good if it was able to be used for purchasing things online.

3ds secure approval issues
Started off well, but online payments that need 3ds secure approval are failing for multiple websites. Worked twice originally, but none have worked sense for last 2 weeks.
Unable to get any support on it.

I love using perx but this card was very flimsy card bent in pocket and black strip got damaged so cardboard only be used online on very few websites

Easy to use - following the instructions to get the balance in my mobile wallet was pretty straightforward.
