I Really enjoyed my experience @ Tejon Patkway but I was Very pleased with the customer service, the friendliness, & honesty of Ms. Melissa. . She was Very helpful in helping me find a Great smelling cologne & Not Only that I received 2 Free gifts! Hands down I would mos def come back to Arvin,CA & shop with these guys! My wife and I were at the Chesterfield, MO outlets and stumbled upon Perfumes4U. We had been looking for the original Juicy perfume for our daughter and had been unsuccessful at previous stores (no help). We were greeted immediately and felt welcomed when we walked into the store. Now the reason for the 5-star review. The gentlemen behind the counter quickly found the perfume and instructed us that it is buy one and get the second one 50% off. I was needing some cologne, but first I had questions about cologne in general and he took the time to explain the different qualities/types/history. He than showed me a cologne I never heard of...Claude Marsal La Melodie Eau De Parfum and all I can say is WOW. I also received the aftershave at a discount price and a free gift (perfume) for being a first time customer. Finally, I asked if they give a military discount and he said, yes and gave us the discount, but more importantly (to me) he sincerely thanked me for my service!!! We will be back for future purchases.

I love the La Melodie for men and Women. They last for over 12 hours. The Clerk was informative about the history of perfumes and was very helpful with my purchase. I am very happy with my Purchase and There has always been a sign right next to the register stating that there are no refunds only exchanges. The Store is always clean and Manager and Staff are always friendly and Happy. Greeting me instantly make me feel welcome. Most stores are either rude or say nothing not even acknowledging me until I am at a register. Love Love Love this Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great Perfumes, I enjoy the new perfumes they have such as Gerard Monet. I got Le Feu for me and La Pluie for my husband, and we love them.

I was asking for some good brands and they sold me PUCCINI, CLAUDE MARSAL, GERARD MONET. I feel that I was cheated when I see the bill where they stamp in red ink saying, no products can be returned. Before purchasing they did not inform me that I can not return. This shop is a scam. Following link has GERARD MONET perfume and this company started production on Dec 2017 and selling at 2018. Who knows about its quality?

Clerk did not explain there were no returns, under any circumstances. Untouched product, returned less than 24 hours later and absolutely no accommodation.
