Bought a $125 bottle of perfume and when I got home the bottle was empty. I called and talked to the store manager, Danny. He talked about how much customer service meant to him and told me he would send me a new bottle. He Sent me a UPS tracking number and asked me to write a review...here's your review sir. When I attempted to look up the tracking number figured out that the tracking # did not exist. Reached out to Danny and surprise he no longer will return my calls or messages. Emailed corporate and no response as well. Look somewhere to make your purchase.

Went in request Dior Sauvage and Prada Candy. I should have been suspicious because the salesman, rather than honor my request, pushed a few names at me that I hadn't heard of. I tried to stay with my initial choices but he went on and on about how I should try all these others that were better, one he said "has the same notes as Sauvage, but is a parfum from France that is oil based and lasts longer" Stupidly I was in a bit of a rush and listened to his recommendations and got "Joliot Descartes-Etourdi" in place of the Sauvage and "Claude Marsala-Rouge" in place of the Prada. After his "discounts" pricing came out pretty close to what I initially intended to spend, and he went on about how he discounted the Claude Marsala-Rouge 50 percent for me because it's such a high luxury highly esteemed scent. I was skeptical but assumed it was a niche I just didn't know about. They did smell nice BUT the scent does not last at all. By the time we got to our car it had already worn. I opened the bottles to inspect and realized that under the light Saran wrap covering the actual product boxes were not luxe at all- printed glitter on flimsy cardboard. Before I even left the parking lot I googled the brand to see if it actually was on top of one of vogues most desired scents lists... It wasn't of course, and ontop of that there were NO records of it being sold ANYWHERE. I felt so duped, and it actually took a while to find a reddit forum where many other people have dealt with this exact same practice of lying to their customers, and lying about the prestige of the "brands". Might I add that when they say brands what they actually mean is THEIR companies home brand that they are radically overcharging for. I tried to get refund or return but they said that they couldn't do anything since I opened the casing to inspect the products. This is a VERY deceitful and dishonest business. DO NOT BUY.

They sold me some FAKE perfume by Claude Marsal. It’s suppose to have a high level of oil which is suppose to help the fragrance last longer but the scent disappeared in less than 5 minutes. So dissatisfied and disappointed. Stay away from these people. 130 dollars down the drain.

Horrible customer service. This store reminded me of nothing but a flea market, attitude of the staff is just as bad as the service.

I've been reading some of the reviews on here, and it seems the majority of the public doesn't understand how retail works. The majority of perfume isn't sold by the person or brands name on the bottle. As a matter of fact most of the perfume you buy is most likely Eau de Toilette. Not very high quality at all. Just because Perfumes4u sell a store brand doesn't make it "fake". In fact most of the Store brand perfume this company sells is not only better quality, but in some instances MUCH better quality than what you've been brainwashed into thinking is good perfume. Look for the Eau De Parfume and Parfume. I've been buying parfume from this company for years, and their brand is second to none. Educate yourselves people. This place is great, the staff is great, and they have very good prices. The north outlet mall in Las Vegas is awesome. The new store manager is awesome!

Horrible service in store & staff don't know anything but to push no-name brands which turn out to be "in house" brands that they copy scent notes from designers & call them "niche" with "oil concentration". Don't buy here!

They sell “Claude Marsal” perfume that is direct rip off of other designer perfumes. La Melodie is actually Invictus by Paco Rabanne. La Violon is Blu De Channel. Mens perfumes

We got in here thinking they have good deals on fragrances; little did we know that the staff would push us to buy a product we haven't heard of because it's got more oil content to it which is BS becuase we did our research later & turned out tht claude marsall is the company's OWN BRAND! So they're not selling any niche products to you if you think its from France - IT'S NOT! All that is part of the BS SCAM they pull. BUY FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! read google reviews b4 buying here, they sell knock offs!

We drive 50+miles to North Bend Outlet..My friend gets home and the perfume bottle is empty! They new exactly what game they were playing..guess what..not this chick! Dispute charges with bank already, I'm posting all over getting the word out about these crooks.

Total ripoff, they sold me a copy of Paco Rabanne Invictus called Claude Marsal La Melodie for $100.00.

Allegedly, this is an actual Parfum but after doing some research and reading some online reviews, I’ve realized that this store scams people.

Days ago my experience was really great thanks to employee Mariana, she helped me throught and was really patient. Definetly will return in a future.

The positive google reviews that the location in the Premium Outlets in Cypress are a joke and i truly believe theyre deleting the bad ones. I promise if the google review gets deleted I will make it my personal mission to continue to post about the scheming and scamming going on at this place on every platform that they have.

I came in and asked if she had any Tom Ford, she said no BUT that they have something better. A “European Perfume with a high fragrance oil concentration. His name is Claude Marsal and he and Tom Ford are literally all i wear”

See thats Con #1, they will NEVER sell you all the other notable perfumes that they have collecting dust on the shelves. They will always refer you back to Claude Marsal because Perfumes4U created Claude Marsal!! And its made in New York, not France like they tell you.

Once i got to the register to pay, she informed me that she was gonna hook us up and give us some SAMPLES. Now class, when the girl at the register says shes gonna GIVE you some samples with your purchase..that usually means free right? MF WRONG
I spent $500 on perfume and cologne for my anniversary that I THOUGHT was authentic, and once i checked my receipt I realized she charged us for all the samples she threw in the bag. Bum behavior.

I disputed the charge with my bank and they must've conned their way out of that too because now i’m stuck paying for this BS fake perfume.

The fragrance they sold me is a fake, I know because I buy it quite often from Macy’s for my boyfriend. Macy’s didn’t have any in store which led me to go to this location in the Niagara Falls outlet. After noticing it was a fake I called the store to negotiate returning options, NOT ONLY DID THE EMPLOYEE OVER TALK ME BUT THEY ALSO HUNG UO THE PHONE TWICE. At that point we went into the store, upon arrival the employee was VERY rude and disrespectful. They pulled their cameras out to record the conversation, got even more ignorant and then called security on us ! DO NOT SHOP HERE ! PLEASE stick to the authentic fragrance store locations ei. Macy’s, Hell even online. Also, they’re reply comments are all automatic comments and not real responses from real people. I think I am going to SUE also
