Great Service
Efficient service for colour samples. Always been impressed by the quality of their carpets. I'm looking to them because I've been told by a supplier that Penthouse is the only carpet manufacturer that still does natural hessian backing and that all other manufacturers use polypropylene or other synthetic backing. So this is the superior quality that i'm looking for and a wool 80/20 mix fibre for hard wearing quality. Thank you Penthouse.

I requested a particular carpet sample, plus a few others that were in the shade range. I received them promptly next morning which then enabled me to make a decision about which Penthouse carpet to buy

I asked for a sample of carpet to check with the shop sample for colour. Perfect match. The sample came within a couple of days. We have now ordered the carpet. The carpet hasn’t been laid yet but looking forward to a beautiful new carpet.
