Ordered a new illuminated bathroom mirror for my wife from Pebble Grey, noting the free next day delivery was a persuasive benefit.
The order confirmation arrived straight away and tracking details with DX Express were issued inline with my expectations.
However, the tracking information simply reads out for delivery, and when the day passes it automatically updates to the next day for a forecast. Clearly it is all automated!!
When trying to speak to DX Express, who are apparently a specialist company selected by Pebble Grey, the simple response was you'll get another email when the item is scanned and sent for dispatch. Again, clearly the tracking is automated and the two companies do not care who they lie to.
Extremely disappointing so far!!

DO NOT USE.....
Where do I start... my first order with Pebble Grey was meant to be delivered over 3 consecutive days and on the final day it arrived but was broken. I contacted the customer service for an exchange but the item was out of stock. I had to dispose of the item as they didn't want it back and no one at customer service informed me that it could be collected. Full refund given. I waited for the item to come back into stock and reordered it assuming this was a one off issue. Don't be fooled into reordering... The item was meant to be delivered over many days and didn’t arrive. I had many calls and emails with customer service whose standard response is that the courier is struggling with the number of deliveries due to the time of year - it wasn't even December! Apparently the courier is one of only a few who can or are willing to deliver the fragile items. They clearly can't deliver the fragile items though because not only do they take days to deliver with little communication, my second order arrived in a more smashed up state than the first one, so much so that pieces of glass dropped out before I'd even opened the sellotape. Needless to say I have to request another refund by filling in a form... I won't be ordering again. I have now bought from John Lewis and the packaging held the mirror in it's place in the box without any movement and hey presto it isn't broken.
If you want a mirror delivered in one piece, DO NOT USE Pebble Grey!!
