The first mirror arrived smashed, even had broken written on the box, so not sure why it was delivered, without that I would have given 5 stars, anyway the replacement was sent out super fast and I love it so I would still highly recommend, many thanks it honestly transforms the bathroom

The product arrived late…
The product arrived late due to a mistake with the delivery. Luckily it arrive in time to install, but not without some stress.
The light fitting seems solid and well made. However, installation is a PITA, requiring two individual brackets to be positioned exactly 240mm apart - a couple of millimetres out and it’s impossible to get the fixing screws in place. This could easily be fixed by having the brackets combined into one unit with a fixed spacing.
I made a return visit to swap out the GU10 lamps with a different colour temperature. They are almost impossible to remove, and the tool supplied with the light to help with this process is useless. The GU10 bayonet needs to be mounted rigidly inside the light fitting to remove the flex when trying to press and twist the lamp.
Overall, nice design but not designed for ease of installation and maintenance.

Ordered what I thought was a universal mirror cabinet ,
I asked just to just change it for correct one , but they would not help me trying to return it or replacing it .
There was no way on the description that it was not universal , didn’t even say on the box .
The actual mirror cabinet was just what I wanted , but I wouldn’t buy from them again due to lack of customer service .

Absolutely a dodgy company. First, they rejected the return claiming the not wanted option was not selected instead of inadequate quality, and when I raised it again, they said it was beyond the 14-day period. I will now have to raise a complaint with Trading Standards and my credit card company.

Great quality mirror poor delivery company
Great quality mirror, very easy to fit. Came well packed, only let down by the courier company who left the parcel out in the rain nowhere near our house.

Unfortunate mounting design
I love the mirror itself. I foolishly asumed all sizes of mirror, having checked a couple, would get the same bracket design but now know this large mirror has the hardest type to get right, with no side to side wiggle room and making it the hardest to line up onto screws are in the wall. My wall now looks like a machine gun training target because of all the trial and error needed. The wall mounted bracket type which the mirror can pop onto then slide somewhat for fine tuning would have mitigated this completely. Not helped by my awkward location for the mirror, fitting into a tight space. But I've seen easily as large mirrors on those more forgiving brackets so not sure why this design decision was made. Got there in the end, love it, but hanging it was not for the faint hearted!

Very nice mirror with led lights and…
Very nice mirror with led lights and lithium ion battery. Unfortunately it is not a bright enough led to shave by. This was my reason for the purchase initially. I will have to pay an electrician to hard wire a light above this mirror. Comments I read were a bit misleading.
