Sales team were super friendly & efficient, made the whole process easy.

Overall happy
The quality of the carpet and brad that fitted our carpet are brilliant , overall it is fine just a little transparency at the appointment as in having lift and to discard of all old carpets and also a re charge if u had to cancel appointment seemed a little ott, but that said am happy overall
