The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent. The sale rep was polite and respectful. The fitters was the same, and worked great and quick professionally. The only criticism I have is the choices of carpet could be bit better on your first order, other than that im very happy with everything.

Sales rep Will, for the Leicester area, lied about calling me and leaving me a voicemail to arrange a time to visit, then proceeded to tell me because I didn’t answer or return the non existent call that he was fully booked and cancelled the appointment. Very disappointing.

Really impressed with my new carpets the lads that fitted my carpets both times were lovely, tidied up after themselves and having seen how quick they can move it must be heavy work. Lump under vinyl in general walkway…
Had my flooring fitted a few weeks ago by PaySmart carpets and I noticed the vinyl fitted has a lump underneath it on the main walk way to kitchen and there are marking that have been drawn on by the fitter to match the piecework. My stair carpet is lovely although I’m sure I chose a darker colour but I can live with it . I’ve complained several times by email and requested someone come and check this for me but still no further contact yes the fitters were well mannered and helpful and of course the sales person was helpful but the company are saying it is part of the pattern!!!! I know this won’t reach the people it should reach to warn them of the after care!!! Word will get round …..

A Pleasure From Start to Finish!
The decision making was made simple, the measurer (Frank) was a great guy, and the fitters were helpful, friendly, and got flawless carpets down in record time. Oh and the carpets are of amazing quality!
