Jack my cruise connoisseur, was a great help from the start and nothing was a trouble for him. I did have lots of questions to ask and Jack was able to sort them out as he was very knowledgeable and professional. Panache, booking process and service was good and prices are competitive.

We have previously used Lisa to help plan holidays, having found Panache initially purely by Google Search. Her dedication and commitment to making sure that our holidays were exactly what we wanted and at an extremely competitive price, is admirable. Nothing was too much trouble and she keeps in constant touch, up to 7 days per week with prompt communication and feedback. We were also invited to attend the recent Panache “Supershow” which was great and also enabled us to meet Lisa in person.

After reading a post from a couple in Australia, they stated they had used CruiseCompete.com to quote their cruise. They found Panache Cruises to be extremely competitive in pricing. They did their homework and ended up booking their cruise with them. They stated they were VERY happy with the results and were endorsing Panache to be the cruise line of choice. We were looking to book a cruise as well, so I reached out to Emerald Cruise line directly to do a deeper dive on the credibility of Panache. Per Emerald's email response: "Upon checking on our end and verifying the agency code P8804, we can confirm that Panache Cruises is active, accredited, and authorized to create and manage luxury yacht cruise bookings on your behalf." Feeling good about having that verification box checked on our end, we decided to move forward with booking a yacht cruise with Panache. The booking process went very smooth and Panache was extremely helpful with our numerous questions regarding the cruise and travel insurance. Our price was indeed significantly lower than going direct with Emerald, as well lower than other quotes from other agencies. Our cruise will be in another year, but I am positive that all will be smooth sailing once our cruise pushes off from the dock!

I’m a seasoned land traveller and usually book everything myself independently but this was my first foray into cruising so I needed guidance. I couldn’t have been in safer hands. Olga was an amazing representative agent. She was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with our booking and all the back and forth that entailed together with our myriad of questions which never took her long to respond to. Olga has a real can-do attitude and nothing is too difficult. Communication was always spot on and the booking process was effortless. Price was a significant factor in trying Panache Cruises for the first time and we look forward to planning many more trips in the future as a result.

Joanne was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble.
Very professional but in a friendly way, we also like the personal touch and that Joanne will be looking after us the whole way through! That makes us feel valued and not like we are just another cruise booking and the rest is up to the call centre!
