This is our third booking with Panache. Catherine has been superb in supporting us. She has provided quick responses to all our questions. She has demonstrated a depth of knowledge of the vessels and destinations, which I have not experienced with other companies. I have found out that Panache provides a far greater quality personalised service. We appreciate the service Catherine and Panache provide and would recommend them,

Just made the most recent of a number of river cruise bookings via Panache and as on previous occasions the service was first class. Not only do they represent good monetary value but the staff are knowledgeable, very quick and proficient but invariably personable, courteous and show a real interest in you as an individual customer.
It is a joy to deal with people like Georgia, Katy and Helen - real people in such a modern impersonal world.
