paying for broadband that never worked, constantly on the phone every night to report the problem and saying it is now fixed but internet not coming back on, something went wrong with my direct debit and it took them over 8 months to contact me regarding this and suspended my so called service, told them i was going to another provider and they had the cheek to try and charge me an early cancellation fee, i said i wasnt prepared to pay this as they were in breach of their contract as a provider, as the service they promised did not work, customer service absolutely shocking by this company would not recommend unless you want to pay for a service that doesnt work,

Well, I haven't yet ordered Opus Broadband as I have read mixed reviews, but I have awarded them 5 stars on the basis that Scotty the installation guy is absolutely fantastic at his job and goes up and beyond the call of duty as so many customers have mentioned.
If the broadband is half as good as Scotty I will definitely be getting it.
Well done Scotty and keep doing what your doing, I can't wait to meet you.

They bought out 6g and didn't inform their customers. Resulting in customers in debt as no new direct debit details sent. Internet is off more than it is on. Now they want £35 disconnection fee even though we're 6 months out of contract. Can't wait to go back to sky. Joke of a company.

i am happy talk with Yasir .he is very good person . i was too much tired before talk with yasir becouse last 20 days every day i called in opus broadban but every time i was dissapoint .but now i am happy becous yasir solwed my problem . he is very greatful person .

Great customer service, the installation team was professional , friendly and knowledgeable and respectful,I would highly suggest you call them if you want great service without the hassle and customer friendly engineers.

We had a few issues after an update. But glad to say it's working well now.
Spoke to the Customer Service Manager Mr Durrani and he was able to resolve the issue.
The connection is fast and stable.
We're happy now it's working properly.

Wish I'd of just avoided Opus and continued my contract with Virgin. The router Opus provides is cheap garbage. I was at work when the technician came but when i returned i saw he'd wrote my SSID, password and acc info in hieroglyphics. I came home today and have red LED's flashing on the wall and no Internet. I called the number that shows up as being in Burnley but it was actually a call centre in Bangladesh. The lady told me that my Internet wasn't working because they had cut it off because I haven't made a payment in over a year when I only took the package out about a month ago. Ive already paid a bill before it had even been installed. I'll just stop paying my bill now and go back to Virgin. What a waste of money and time
