From start to finish absolutely amazing service Richard was amazing stress free process always replied to emails calls and answered any questions. Very poor service and a frustrating experience.

I sent all requested documents over promptly, but the process was extremely slow and I constantly had to chase for updates. After more than 8 days I was still waiting for a decision in principle that never arrived.

I was repeatedly told “I’ll get it done tonight” or given assurances that things were moving forward, but nothing actually happened. When dealing with something as important as a mortgage, clear communication and reliability are essential.

The service may work for very straightforward applications, but based on my experience the follow-up and urgency simply were not there. I eventually lost confidence and would not recommend.
