I am a first time buyer and have been looking to buy a house, Haydn was my mortgage advisor and he has been absolutely brilliant, everything has been quick and efficient and very professional, whenever I have needed him he has been there. I have also spoke to Chloe who was also amazing and very quick at getting things sorted and submitted, couldn’t fault them. Thank you so much guys, if I look to sell and buy again in the future I will definitely be using them again

Mark O'Connor has provided excellent service throughout. He took the time to listen to my requirements, explain the process and the jargon - something I really appreciated as a first time buyer. He identified options meeting my requirements at the best rates and took the time to talk through the illustrations with me, before I confirmed I wanted to apply for the mortgage. He arranged the mortgage swiftly after receiving the necessary documentation from myself. He has always explained his fees up front and been very reasonable in that regard.

As I own my house and have no dependents I decided to have a look at Equity release, I read a few reviews and eventually got it touch with David Farrell, he was very pleasant and professional about the procedure and explained everything clearly before making an appointment to see me.
