Online Automotive Ltd Omdömen

Totally incompetent company , unhelpful sales staff .
Ordered wrong part a week ago still awaiting refund , numerous emails ignored , sales can’t talk to accounts in same company to give update , unacceptable..
Avoid very unprofessional

Was looking for exhaust part that was unobtainable anymore (35 year Peugeot 205 1.4), looked at a part these guys had & thought I could adapt it to fit, they couldn't tell me if it would definitely work but I took the gamble expecting to have to cut/join/bend exhaust but turns out it bolted straight on, original exhaust had a silencer in it - this was straight through but honestly doesn't sound too bad maybe just a little raspier but perfectly useable. As was using non original parts they said they couldn't provide warranty etc but hey it's a steel pipe so as it fits ok can see it lasting a good few years more & kept the old banger on the road. Price wasn't horrendous. Delivery bit longer than expected but it was over a bank holiday weekend. Never heard of these guys before but would use again.

Very helpful and easy to get in contact with with

Good service. Helpful chat ensured I ordered the correct part. Also prompt delivery just ahead of the bank holiday weekend.

Yeah fast delivery all the time guys brilliant all have a great day cheers

Excellent service. Ordered one day and received it the next day. The item I bought (DPF) was of very good quality and it fitted very well. Very pleased.

Suitably packaged, arrived on time and fitted

Quick delivery good prices and excellent customer service thanks

Very helpful with my purchase fast delivery great service

Ordered front brakes for my BMW. Delivery was quick and the parts were exactly right. I've got non-standard wheels so the fitment wasn't obvious, but the support team sorted the order out for me before it shipped. No hassle, no back and forth. Would order again

Best priced parts , super quick delivery, customer service for follow-up help first class.

Will use again

Thank you

Prompt delivery , good prices , quality parts supplied . Very pleased with service and vehicle identification

Prompt delivery of new parts for 37 year old car! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Parts arrived quickly, no delays and everything fitted first time with no issue. Great service!

I have ordered many parts for 3 different vehicles and have always received the right part. Ordering parts is easy as you can input your current car details and it will match the part to make, model and year.
Will continue to use.

I ordered an exhaust for a Daihatsu Charade that was the best price around. The delivery was there the next day. They also emailed me to see if I needed the supporting parts to install it. Excellent service Thank you

Really happy with the service from Online Automotive. Ordered some parts through their website and everything was really straightforward. Customer service was great and really helpful when I needed them.

The parts arrived quickly and everything was spot on. Will definitely be ordering some more parts from them again.

I’ve also recommended them to a few friends and family and they’re now using Online Automotive too, which says a lot!

Really good company, quick delivery and great service. Would definitely recommend.

I was in such a mess trying to find the correct part for my Skoda Kodiaq. Having been quoted a large amount by the main dealer, i found these via google. Once I submitted my order they confirmed my registration and even advised that I had the correct part. They kept me updated throughout. Have recommended to others!

I ordered a Seat Ibiza 1.4L BOSCH Rear Brake Shoe Pre-assembled which I found from putting my number plate in and seeing it was compatible for my car and they sent me a kit for a Mercedes Sprinter and a Volkswagen Crafter. So they've changed £110 part to a £25 part and told me the £110 one was incorrect when it was the correct part in the first place thinking I couldn't tell the difference.

Don't Recommend.
