Absolutely shocking service.
Ordered a part which never turned up. They obviously dont keep a stock of everything listed even though it states next day delivery. At the end of the week it had still not been sent so had the order canceled and a refund was due.
The refund has not appeared a month later and after numerous emails, which were answered promising me I'd get my refund I still have not.
Now having to go through the courts to get my refund.
A truly shocking company service just completely unnecessary in this day and age to have to resort to court to get a simple refund for a part they never had in stock or sent out

I am becoming increasingly concerned by this companies inability to refund my money. A full refund was promised over two weeks ago but the money has still not been returned. Has anyone had a similar experience?

I gave them my Reg Number and they still got it wrong Who should pay when wrong parts are supplied?
I gave them my Reg Number and I purchased a Diesel Particulate Filter, 2 Rubber mountings and a exhaust clamp. I fitted the Diesel Particulate Filter to my car using the rubber mounts and exhaust clamp but I noticed the pipes were wrong. I sent Online Automotive photos and they agreed the part did not fit and I was to take it off, pack it up and they would collect it. After many emails and 21 days Online Automotive refunded the Diesel Particulate Filter cost only saying the other parts have been used. Citizens Advice are now helping me to force them to refund the £31.56 outstanding.
MY REPLY TO ONLINE AUTOMOTIVE = Who should pay when wrong parts are supplied? The consumable parts have been used whilst fitting and then removing your incorrectly supplied Diesel Particulate Filter. They are damaged as the photo I sent you shows. They cannot be reused. Posting them back is not a problem but Online Automotives insistence that they will not refund if the parts are damaged is unreasonable. Who should pay when wrong parts are supplied? Regards Jim

Regarding the additional fitting parts, these were not returned to us and, as they had been used and damaged, they were not in a resaleable condition. We therefore could not include them in the refund.

A refund was agreed , however despite promises it has not been repaid. Hanging onto my money raises my concern about the solvency of this business.

Reasonable prices and availability…
Reasonable prices and availability compared to other well known parts dealers who advertise but don't stock the part i required. The delivery service was excellent as the part arrived early next day and I was able to get on straight away fixing my car.
