Terrible service
Terrible service. They supplied an inferior and incorrect part (DPF) and are dithering over arranging its collection and my refund. I wish I never ordered the part and certainly the reviews are not to be trusted.

Same day dispatch No No No.
Web site claims orders will be dispatched the same day if placed by 3pm.
False in my case the order was not dispatched until the following day!
The only reason for ordering from this company was the 1-2 day delivery.
This was not achieved the parts arrived late on the third day after the order was placed, due to the urgency I had to go to a local main dealer to get the parts in a timely fashion.
Fair to say I'm Di not a happy customer!

The order was dispatched the following day and was due to be delivered on the 18th. However, a return to sender was requested before delivery. We apologise that the original dispatch timeframe did not meet your expectations.

Customer service is Shocking ...ordered an exhaust at 14.50 was told the cut off time was 15.00, then they rang me to check my order at 15.15 and said yes order was ok but I had missed the cut off time ....... , which I already had confirmed that with one of their employees at 14.30, said the van had left at 3pm so i said your cut off time should be at 2pm, they agreed and said they have had a lot of complaints about that.... but just wasting my breath I reckon...

Absolutely disgusting business… ordered a DPF for an employee to tell me I ordered the wrong part for my car and sent me out a catalic converter, which wasn’t what I needed. After numerous emails and phone calls nothing was ressovled until WE had to travel 2.5 hrs from home to take part back ourselves to get a refund for them to still mess it up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. AVIOD ALWAYS. Definitely better and more reliable companies out there. Try eBay they have been amazing with what we have needed. Customer service is an absolute joke. If employees are allowed to go into orders and change them completely I think something drastic needs to be taken. Maybe better training. STOP AMENDING ORDERS WHEN THEY DONT NEED TO BE… online automotive need to do better….!

Order a pair of shock absorbers for a Corsa 1.2, number plate and engine number all matched to the correct fitment, even the image on their website looked correct, parts arrived nothing like the correct ones. Asked in numerous emails from the day the parts arrived on the 10th July for a pre-paid returns label as the parts were incorrect and not what I ordered, eventually again after more chasing via emails and phone calls received a label on the 5th August, confirmation came via email that they had received the goods back on the 10th August. On 1st September chased up my refund, message back saying accounts are looking into it. The same only storey I'm afraid as everyone else has written in their reviews. So basically I've been waiting since around the middle of July for a refund on incorrect parts that were delivered, so that's 2 months. Under the consumer rights act refunds must be undertaken within 14 days!! This company is clearly breaking the law and it's time to get Trading standards involved. I found the item I needed quickly and easily. Customer Service rang me to check if I needed supporting fittings I had forgotten to order which was really useful as all items then came together and so there were no delays. All the items came very quickly. Very impressed with this company and the customer services. I will use them again.

Ordered an exhaust for my daughters…
Ordered an exhaust for my daughters Citroën ds3 1.2 vti, they sent me an exhaust for a 1.6 vti. Came up with every excuse or reason not to have the unused item returned for a refund, left out of pocket with an item that don’t fit. If you need an item that doesn’t fit your vehicle and a company that won’t accept responsibility this is the place to go to. Back and forth emails with no solution. Zero stars is more of a realistic review. Found the company on eBay and this seems to be a regular thing going off there feedback. Shocking Service!
Reply - you refused to accept the item was incorrect, you also refused to pay for the return postage or get the incorrect item collected. I have many email to confirm this
