decent company but dont like upfront opt out charges
there is an insurance charge at the time of placing the order that is opt out rather than opt in. It caught me out and I had placed the order before I realised. It was then a very difficult process to reverse. To be fair the company did ring me back and refunded the charge with no quibble. So I have upgraded this review from one to three

As mentioned, IP phones in general do not include a power supply, mainly because most are used with PoE (power over ethernet). If PoE is not available then you can purchase the power supply as an accessory.
In this case, when you called us to check about the phone, unfortunately we failed to ask you all the relevant questions and we didn't inform you about the need of a power supply. We would like to apologize for our mistake.
If you need anything else in the future please don't hesitate to contact us again, we'll make sure not to make any mistakes again.

I bought a Yealink W73H phone handset but found it was redundant in my present Yealink setup.
14 Jan 2025 - I wish to amend my review below as I was not being fair to Onedirect. Onedirect fulfilled my order quickly and efficiently so deserve a 5 Star review. The Provider caused the issue and so Onedirect were not at fault in any way. My apologies to Onedirect for the unfair review earlier.
I bought a Yealink W73H phone handset to use with an existing Yealink Base station and handset (provided by my 4G Broadband supplier. The Onedirect purchase was simple and delivery was fast. What I did not realise was that my 4G supplier would not support the new handset as I did not purchase the handset from the 4G supplier. This made the 2nd handset redundant. I know this is not the fault of Onedirect but the fault lies with my 4G supplier and I am letting them know my displeasure.

Thank you for your review. We would like to clear a few things for other customers:
1) You ordered a product that in order to work, your phone provider (in this case BT) needs to program for you, we are not able to help with this, unfortunately they have refused to accept hardware purchased elsewhere, this is just not right from them.
2) You asked us for help and we provided all the information you needed to say to BT, they still refused to help.
3) During all of this, your return window was past due, we still said that if the products are in their packaging, brand new we will accept them back as a gesture of good will and to help you as much as possible.
4) You requested the return before the end of 2024, which we processed, seems like the email with the instructions was missed on your side.
5) The whole interaction started again in the past few days but then you left this review out of no where.
We did everything we could to help, sorry you were not able to see it this way, the company you should be upset with is BT, not us.

I am not happy with the phone because set up is too complicated, no light in the display, it makes bleeping noise every 10 seconds and as the phone is in my bedroom it disturbs my sleep. I have to return it. Please send me a return note or direct me how to return the phone to you.
