Lorna was very helpful and responded in a timely fashion whenever I got in touch. I had an issue with the time and date of delivery and she did her level best to help. I will definitely be buying from Currys Business again due to the customer service I received.

i don't ever go anywhere else for my electricals and other things. sometimes things are a little more expensive, but i would rather pay that for the piece of mind, knowing that i trust yous if anything went wrong. Your staff are very knowledgeable and are swift once they serve you. if i can be a little constructive, then it would be that sometime, upstairs at your silverlink branch, you struggle to find staff, the few that are there are taken with other customers and i have had to search the showroom floor to find an employee

Bought a Hoover first doesn’t clean up and second it’s scrubbed on it

Bought online but needed to return it. They state online that you can return it in store. I went to local store and got passed round and finally told that I couldn't return it in store - some store allow it and others don't apparently. Waste of time and very frustrating. Try calling the number and you can't get through. Tried emailing and they don't reply

They are a nightmare. They delivered a broken washing machine and I had to jump through a million hoops to just get a machine that worked. Shocking service.

Very good service, they responded instantly to any of my concerns and replaced the damage item.

I had a PC screen with a crack. Phil from customer service promptly arranged a collection and replacement. Very happy with the service.

The refund and replacement process was seamless, and that’s entirely down to the fantastic team who supported me throughout. From Meena in the Database Accounts department, to Liam and Sam Cox in Customer Service, and Phil, the Business Support Specialist — every single one of them went above and beyond. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every step. Nothing felt like too much trouble.

As a Property Manager, I deal with appliance suppliers regularly, and I can honestly say it’s rare to find this level of care and efficiency. It made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable.

A truly 5-star service from a team that absolutely deserves recognition. Thank you all — it’s very much appreciated.

The guys at Curry's Business are very responsive when I have any issues and help get them resolved very quickly - they definitely make the processes my end a lot less stressful. A big shout out to our Account Manager Thomas and Paul in Business Support who sorted out a number/sim swap recently.

Lorna was fantastic! She kept me updated on my order every step of the way and was incredibly hands-on throughout the process. She even took the time to reach out to the supplier to get the latest info for me.

Avoid avoid avoid....the customer service from Currys Business has been poor at best, not only did they deliver my phone to the other side of the country and take am additional 4 days to re-deliver they then send the incorrect colour and be warned because I opened the box they will not swap it to the correct one...My mistake according to there customer service

We have had an ongoing business contract for the past 5 years and recently experienced a problem. I reported the issue and Gift promptly provided a response to my email. Gift was true to their word and provided a satisfactory solution within a few days. Great customer service.
