I have purchased several items over the years and they have always been outstanding company. After over 33 yrs in Law Enforcement and first responders roles, I retired, I went renew my membership with Oakley as I always did each year! This year they respond back that I am not eligible for the membership because I retired! WTH, a company that prides itself on backing first responders and such they can’t extend this small perk! I will no longer continue to purchase products and will recommend that friends and family also not purchase products from this company. I am sure there are a lot of other retirees that have had this little perk taken away!
So long Oakley.

I places an order August 5th was
told the delivery date would be the 16th. On the 16th I recieved an email stating that the order was still in process. 2 days ago I talked to someone on Chat and was lied to stating that the order would be shipped that day. Today I talked to someone and they told me my order was never processed, I then called and was told that the order is on back order with no idea when I will get my order. SO being LIED to on 3 seperate occasions is not at all good customer service. I am unhappy

I bought some Oakley gloves approximately 5 to 7 years ago. These things won’t quit. They just keep going and going. I have absolutely used them in the most difficult situations and they just won’t give up.
They aren’t the most comfortable, the older ones don’t have smart phone fingers touch capabilities, and they aren’t the most flexible or tactile feeling.
However, what they are is tough! And sometimes, tough is enough.

I purchased my first Oakley’s in the 1990’s after returning a pair of Gargoyles that I had purchased. Never looked back - Oakley truly supports law enforcement and military and makes a phenomenal product.

Updating my review.

After reaching out the first time, Oakley decided to do a PR stunt and reply as if they are going to assist me to purchase a pair of lenses. It was all a lie. Sent an email to them almost 2 weeks ago and not one single person has reached back out.

Oakley does not want to help. They just want your money.

Shit service, and such a waste of money. Shoutout to Fuse lenses for providing me BETTER quality lenses HALF THE PRICE, and hassle free.
