Right temple piece became loose and finally fell off after only 5 months of use. 200 plus dollars and these cheap Chinese knockoffs feel apart. And Oakley si customer service refuses to replace the broken it. Oakley si referred me to their parent company Luxottica in ITALY, for warranty claims. Luxottice has the worst customer service on the planet. They refuse to speak to you, they ask for pictures of product numbers stamped on their glasses, yet no product number exists. I've filed multiple claims with these crooks and they keep saying my claim is invalid and ask me start a new claim. Bottom line Oakley glasses are cheap Chinese garbage and Oakley SI does nothing but lie to you.

The accident; absolutely crushed my shades against my chest while squeezing through sliding glass door at a quick pace. Completely busted the glasses; frame popped off both folding ear pieces, frame fell to the pebble concrete and a lens popped out.

The repair; the lens had no scratches on them and popped right back into the frame. The knobs of the folding ear pieces were still in tact and both fit right back together with a snap! Wiped away the scratch and the glasses are good as new! It’s like nothing ever happened, but they were literally completely busted.

The review; I am so completely impressed and blown away by how resilient these frames and lenses are. I will forever stay with Oakley SI. “They have redefined buy it nice or buy it twice.”

So I’ve been buying Oakley sunglasses and prescription eyeglasses for a couple of decades now. Always loved and preferred Oakley over all other brands.
I just recently started buying OakleySI through ID.me as I’m in the Law Enforcement field. They all came quickly and looked and feel amazing but I have noticed a big difference between the sunglasses I buy in the store versus these OakleySI sunglasses, and that the lenses. The lenses are considerably lighter when compared to the exact same frame and lenses combo in my local Oakley store. Why is this and has anyone else noticed or experienced this.
I have a high light sensitivity so the darker lenses are perfect for me where as these OakleySI sunglasses are a to light and you came see me eyes through them even though all I buy is the PrizmPolarized sunglasses.
And they not like that on any of my store bought sunglasses…

Great products, optics are bar none the best out there. Service is also great. Oakley has been protecting my eyes for decades and I will continue to be my go to.

Perfect for small hikes and lite travel. Took on cruise to Alaska and on plane to Austin. Great to carry mine and my wife stuff from jackets gloves to chap stick.

My M frame “Ballistic” lens broke from a 3 foot drop. These are meant to be safety glasses! Customer service didn’t care.

I've been buying my favorite glasses from Usstandardissue for several years and have always been pleased with their products and service. Oakley truly supports law enforcement and military and makes a phenomenal product.

After retiring from law enforcement, I continue to wear Oakley sunglasses daily.

I have lost all faith in Oakley - until now this is the only brand of eyewear I have ever bought. I bought prescription eye glasses and in less than a year one of the nose pads broke off. It's not fixable or replaceable so I had to send in for warranty repair. SIX WEEKS LATER I get my glasses back. I was blind for 6 weeks. Now, less than 7 months later SAME PROBLEM. The warranty process is as difficult as they can possibly make it. Only email communication, days between responses. It takes 1-2 weeks to even start the return. Then they make ME remove the lenses, because everyone has the tools for that. The people are rude and condescending - ZERO empathy. These are not sunglasses I NEED THEM TO SEE. So now I'm done. What was once a quality local brand is now global conglomerate garbage,
