Worst company to deal with ever. Their customer service is only open M-F 8-5 so they are impossible to get a hold of on the weekend. Then, when you do finally get a hold of them, the blatantly lie about taking care of your issue. THEN when you contact them again, all they do is apologize and STILL not take care of the issue. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm sure the product is good, but their customer service is shit.

Order shows as having shipped on May 8…. My package still hasn’t left the warehouse according to the tracking number. I can’t find a phone number to reach a human to discuss this. I have been a loyal Oakley customer for decades but not being able to replace my eye pro in a timely fashion will cause me to shop elsewhere.
I attempted to reply to the email that Oakley submitted and have received no response. I have attempted calling and the only option is to start a live chat. The chat stops responding once I enter my email. I have been absolutely unable to speak to a customer service representative or any kind. Oakley should be ashamed. To take money from me without shipping my order is theft. I can't even request a refund because there is no option for that from the website. If I start a return order it makes me promise to ship back the goods: which I can't do because I never received them. DO NOT ORDER FROM OAKLEY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I received my Thurso, low bridge with deep water prizm sapphire lenses, glasses. They arrived with in a few days and I am very happy with them. They are super light weight and the nose pad and temples are grippy. This helps them stay in place. They appear to be solidly built as has been my experience with all Oakley items I own. I wore them while I was fishing today and I was able to see fish following my lure. Excellent clarity.
