These are the worst sunglasses I've ever bought. I've been an Oakley fan since the '90s and have owned over 50 different models. Lately, for work, I've bought the Alpha and M Frame models, and the lenses crack in less than a year. It's no coincidence that all the lenses do this; they're maintained and cleaned frequently to remove sweat, and they still crack. I've submitted the warranty for both models, and it doesn't cover anything at all. I've resorted to buying replacements from different online stores so I can continue using my frames. This is just my humble opinion.

Service is terrible, no longer a company that stands behind their product.

I’ve worn Oakley Sunglasses since at least 1996. I’ve never been let down by their product quality style and design. I’ve used the Oakley SI interface for my last 3 or 4 orders of glasses, spare lenses and bags. I’ll continue to use them and I do recommend them.

I appreciate the discount, but the service is extremely subpar. Glasses were supposed to be delivered and in my hands over a week ago. They still haven't shipped. They didn't even begin to process the order until a day after they were supposed to be received. Customer service just gave me excuses to make me go away, "Keep waiting, you'll have them soon". Then when I followed up a week later, I was told, "Great news, they shipped". Except they didn't. Oakley just made a shipping label to make me think they were shipped. As of today, three weeks after the order was made, they still haven't shipped. The delay in service was one thing. But trying to dupe me with a shipping label to just shut me up was wrong and deceitful.

This company has gone to crap. Zero support and they do not stand behind their product. Service is outsourced and absolutely pathetic. Inferior product still priced high though

I have ordered from Oakley Standard Issue in the past and have always had a great experience along with great quality sunglasses. They last and are very durable.

It is really frustrating that it takes up to three business days to see if the prescription you have will even work with the sunglasses you select. I'm not sure why there isn't an option to put in your prescription numbers then show a customized view to see what sunglasses are actually available. The alternative is hoping and choosing the frames will work.

So frackin sweet with the 🚄 of delivery, HB XL primz blue steel so comfortable. 👋 People don't act if U have owned Oakley™ glasses/shades you have experienced the OA Oakley anxiety when you sit them down for a sec😳😱. Or they're up on hat or forehead. Gaiter so great. The duffle bag with the 🎒 straps 50l...if you haven't bought it.What are you waiting for it's awesome really comfy carry my wife loves it for shopping and putting variety of things. Purse grocery. Even pizzas for nosy neighbors. Gauntlet gloves 🧤 very good in this crazy Atlanta GA USA .weather

I have purchased 12 Oakley Sunglasses and several accessories from these guys since I retired 10 years ago and I have no regrets. Quality is unbeatable, Customer Service is excellent, and the SI discounts are much appreciated. Also, rarely have I seen non-oakley gear when i was in the Army (25 years in). I appreciated the top-notch quality then, and I even more now. They earned my business 100 times over. My Son caught onto Oakley 20 years ago and this is go-to sunglasses and outside gear company.

Have ordered several pairs of sunglasses both prescription and regular and have loved them all! Never had an issue with shipping or quality

I can't tell you how many pairs of Oakley's I've bought over the years, but I can tell you that I'm 100% satisfies with each pair. I bought my first pair in 2002, and still have them...And, they have been through HELL!! Umteen deployments, riding my cycle like a madman, and they've worn like iron. Plus the Oakley-Si program has made it a breeze to order. Thank you Oakley!!
