I have been wearing Oakleys at work years. Pretty much my go to and I have definitely gone through several pairs. I bought some custom Holbrooks about a year ago that I love. Yesterday they some how fell out of my duty bag and landed directly under the tire of my 4Runner. By the time I realized where they were it was too late. To my amazement they are still intact. All I need is some replacement lenses and they’re good to go. I couldn’t believe they survived that. Of course the fame is scratched up but, no breaks. Super happy with the quality.

I uploaded my prescription and saw my order was pending for over two weeks. I contacted customer service and was told they'd look into it. Within 24 hours my order was cancelled because I was told, "We are unable to support your prescription online in the frame and lenses purchased." I don't understand then how I was able to place the order in the first place and why I had to wait weeks to find this out. This will be my last order from Oakley.

This would be my second order from Oakley. The first was a prescription they screwed up can’t even wear them $400. The second was just a plain pair of fives sunglasses. They’ve changed the nose bridge from the hard plastic to rubber which melts and sticks to your nose. Their glasses are so substandard. I will never purchase from Oakley again.

Every time is simple and I find what I need!

It would be nice if they had some merchandise with the canadien flag as well since they also support canadien troops

Absolutely do not order the MOD7 MIPS helmet. The lens is impossible, literally impossible to change once you pop it out of the gasket. So much money wasted for a product that straight up does not work.

Oakley is well known for great, long lasting, high quality work and sports sunglasses. I have ordered from Oakley SI many times and never experienced any issues. Oakley SI offers great deals for First Responders and Military.

I ordered a pair of prescription Oakley glasses and, as instructed, submitted my prescription shortly after placing the order. Despite this, I received no updates for several days. When I finally contacted customer service, I was told they had not received the prescription — yet when I checked my order on the website, the prescription I had uploaded was clearly attached.
At their request, I resubmitted the prescription. The agent confirmed on the chat that they now had it and the order would proceed. Two days later, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled because the prescription was “never received.”
This level of incompetence and poor communication is unacceptable. If you need prescription glasses within a reasonable timeframe (or at all), I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Edit for Oakley response. They already have my order info and I have been in email contact for over a week before posting this review. It's excuse, after excuse with no help on this order but 30% off the next 😆

They can't fill orders in a timely manner. They loose orders. You'll need to contact them 3 or 4 times to get them to "escalate" the order. They will offer you 39 or 40% off the next order. That is useless. You can't use it for an already discounted product and doesn't help you on the current order that they can't get right. So, they have trouble filling orders and their customer service is very poor! When you do get the order the product is good.

I had a motor bike accident in Kenya on deployment, with my Oakley glasses on and they survived better than me, ok sure - slightly rattled after a thumping with the ground and I'm buying a new pair, but no shit - I could put them back on and see, quality product for sure. I love Oakley because the product itself is tight, then the fact that they give a discount to active military, first responders, and key public people doing Gods work along with active military veterans is awesome. The site and the experience is spot on and completely squared away -just how we like it - thank you Oakley!

First, Oakley sunglasses have been my go to sunglasses for a very long time. Second, I can customize them with ease. Third, they arrive on time and correctly made. What more could I ask for? Answer, catch them when on sale. That is just the topping on the cake! Great product, good price and built to my specifications = awesome.

Ordered prescription sun glasses, then got an email the order was cancelled with no reason given. Called customer service to find out why my order was cancelled. Customer service put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me.
