This company will not allow a simple lens exchange even though the site says you get one change. They will not cancel an order just made to be able to get the correct lens and don't specify that all orders are custom therefore not returnable. Horrible customer service as well.

Frames broke within one year. I would wear these to the range only and for the cost of this package Oakley doesn’t back their warranty. Their response was to buy another pair. Very disappointed and will be switching to a company that actually backs their products.

Their “Dark Brush” Oakley long sleeve shirts that are pictured more of a sand tee that military members would wear is actually an olive green color once it comes in person. Comfortable shirt so decided to keep it, but unhappy about false advertising the color.

Half-Jacket 2.0XL Replacement socks: Tough to put on, but fit nicely. Custom frame sock colors are not supported as replacements, which is why the lack of 5 stars. Should come with the same grease pack they installed them with. 4 years and first replacements took a good minute to get slid in place. Lenses were a 2 second install.

This review is just for the Oakley SI Notch Hat. I don't recommend it, I tried it with the Hex Jector glasses and even with the glasses being big, there is no way to place the hat and the glasses without having the temples sit outside the hat, which holds them right in place but stretches the glasses, making them easier to fall of if you are not wearing them with the hat. Also because of how this whole setup fits, it will fog up your glasses right away.

I returned a set of sunglasses that i bought for 128.00 dollars and after 3 weeks i have still not revieced my refund. the website even says that they take up to 3-5 days to recieve the refund but it has almost been a month.

First Oakley advertises that ALL women's glasses come with a case. THIS ONE DOES NOT! I called customer service & was hung up on twice by the same agent. Refused to let me speak to a manager. Told I could buy a case for sunglasses priced at $214 - what a rip off. Getting ready to return the sunglasses. I have purchased so many Oakleys that I wish I did not now. I have never had this situation before. Our grandkids always request them as gifts. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Lost a customer today. Oakley - Women carry their glasses in their purses and need to have them protected properly - Oakley does not understand that. Dont waste your money.

Outstanding customer service. Purchasing prescription sunglasses can be a bit expensive out of pocket, if not using insurance benefits. Accidents happen and Oakley SI customer service has your six.
