crap The lens are held by plastic wire. Lens fall out. Warranty sucks. They cannot repair. They will give you half of what you pay to replace your glasses at lens crafters.

I really love the Oakley quality. Quality gets five stars. The price is what brings it down. I wish it were more competitive, cheaper. Additionally, I used to be able to order prescription replacement lenses online to avoid hassle. I recently learned that I now have to go through LensCrafters for that. I guess the only alternative would be to re-order an expensive pair of glasses through the Standard Issue website and have another pair of frames I really don't need at the moment. Again, I love the Oakley standard, but it's increasingly becoming less user friendly and expensive.

I ordered for the first time after I heard about Oakley SI when I was in Afghanistan in 2005. I never considered buying Oakley’s because of how expensive they were at the mall I could t believe how much I saved buying it through SI. I’ve lost count of how many have have bought now but the customer support is always awesome and I only buy from SI.

Great product. Oddly, this Oakley is my first (of 3) coat/jacket with a zipper that pulls up on the left side. Just order one size up from your normal.

Prices have increased while quality has remained stagnant or decreased. I have been a customer for over a decade and do not appreciate the price increase over the past few years.

I ordered the SI HNBL S with the clear, TR22, and TR45 lenses. There was an issue with my original order and Oakley customer service resolved it quickly and generously with my needs put first. Oakley Customer Service is exceptional. The narrower S frame width fits my narrow face perfectly, the optical clarity and contrast of the Prism lenses is outstanding, and the glasses are very comfortable and durable. Very nice shooting glasses. I will be getting all my eyewear from Oakley SI moving forward.

I typically get 4/5 ordered items... for some reason they can't seem to figure out their stock tracking.

Aside from that, it's fine.

Terrible customer service!!! Took me about an hour and three different attempts to simply order a Barrel screw for my wife's sunglasses. Don't bother calling to speak to a foreigner that you can't understand, you'll end up being referred to the "chat" line, then they will refer you to another link. I'm totally done with this company and they're crappy web site and worse customer service!
