Couldn't have been better. Professional, punctual and swift, our 4 movers Jayden, Jim, Rob and Scott from Christchurch were great. If we ever move again it will be Van Lines!

Caitlin, Greg, Josh and JL were an awesome moving team! I moved from overseas to Dunedin and they took care of the final mile. Professional, helpful, fun, I could not recommend them highly enough!! We also had some hiccups along the way with weather and they were so incredible (with the Nathan in the office) with finding a solution. Could have been stressful but they didn't make it stressful at all! Thank you!!!!!!

What a great service we received from NZ Van Lines Palmerston North. Zach, Lance and Raiti went above and beyond to make our move from Levin Rural to Levin Town as stress free as possible. Great guys. Also thanks to Cedric for his patience when inevitable delays occurred. Would recommend NZ Van Lines Palmerston North to all.

We had the NZ Van Lines crew from Cromwell pack up our house. They were a professional, courteous and discrete crew. Really appreciated the pace they worked and the clear communications. Thanks Jayden, Liam and Jordan for making this part of our move low stress.

Today we had 5 awesome guys come to pack our house up as moving from Wanaka to Rolleston. Richard, Jayden, Glenn, Liam & Jordan were punctual, professional and extremely thoughtful. They did our job in one day. To Cromwell Team of Brendon & Jaz also great to deal with. Highly recommend this company and team.

Listing all the things that went wrong with the the service from NZ van lines would take a while. So here are a couple of highlights. The movers demanded we by them KFC for lunch. They somehow lost some of our stuff in driving from one location to another. They damaged and broke furniture. Drove the truck through a retaining wall and didn’t fill the truck on the first trip so they would have to come back a second day to make a second trip and get paid overtime. NZ Van Lines is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

Avoid Avoid Avoid...this company are nothing but liars, cheats and thieves! They were the only people who entered the home, and a necklace jewellery box is now missing. This now missing box was in the room on a shelf and the opportunity to commit a crime was easy as there was only 1 of us available on the day to mark each box as it was unloaded, while NZ Van Lines were inside the home ALONE! This is a disgusting company and best to be avoided. Spread the word, use a trusted company, not a thieving and deceitful company.

Good afternoon, I have tried twice to make contact with your company now. Once via the website, and once on a telephone call with a representative of your business. The person took down all my details, and would have someone contact me in regard to the damage your truck did to my car.... please contact me urgently to discuss resolution to this. I have video footage and photos

The guys who packed all my stuff in Auckland were extremely helpful in ensuring that everything was well wrapped and protected. They definitely knew their stuff. Caitlin and Jayden, who delivered it at this end, were hard working and very eager to ensure that every item was taken to the desired location inside and outside the house. All in all, a very smooth and efficient translocation.

Incompetent inexperienced packers. Our furniture was damaged. One leg of our dining table was broken and the piece was missing. Van lines advise us on insurance that didn't cover us at all!!!!
Not surprised at the. Used a few years ago and shouldn't have given the business a second chance.

Appallingly unconcerned with any complaints about their treatment of your affairs.

I cannot emphasize enough how little respect this company has for it's clients and their possessions.
When I arrived in NZ I telephoned NZ vanlines to make contact as they were receiving my goods from Europe. I phoned every day for a week or more and did not get a response, no-one picked up the phone!
Finally I drove over there and waited for an hour to see someone.
Later, when my goods had arrived, I went to check everything. There was a large item missing. They told me it was stored in another warehouse, so I didn't claim on my insurance. When finally my possessions left storage at NZ vanlines the item was not included and could not be found. Too late to claim on my insurance. I took them to court, they didn't bother to turn up. The courts allowed to them to postpone the hearing and when they didn't turn up again, allowed them to plead their case by telephone. I lost. So BEWARE NZ vanlines are not responsible in any way and in any event for your goods. Not everything can be replaced with money. Conclusion : do not use NZ vanlines and find out who your European removal company partners with in NZ.

Move booked and confirmed to Kathy in Auckland. But absolutely no communication from her to see if the move is happening. House has sold, I have rung for days and no response from anyone. No replies to email. Kathy are you actually there? Has Auckland closed?

We moved our household effects from Tauranga to Christchurch. We were really impressed with the service at both locations. Very professional and clear communication. The team delivered our household effects on Thursday at 5pm just before Easter which was amazing. Would recommend to anyone to use!!
