Since there were some additional charges due to oversee delivery I was receiving information with explanation and the process was hassle free. Great supplements. Amazing customer service
Nutriessential only sells supplements from the best brands. They also ships internationally. So I was able to get some much desired supplements for myself and my dog that I couldn't find elsewhere. The customer service is amazing!

Terrible customer service
Placed order on Nov 19/25. never received product, after 6 weeks it had never left FLD. I was in contact with customer service & told to be patient that it was on its way.USPS returned to parcel to nutriessentials on Jan7/26 & I was told a replacement would be promptly sent. This never happened. I have sent numerous letters of inquiry as to when the order will be shipped. No response. obviously being ghosted. Tried phoning, recording suggested the Chat option have been on hold on chat for 40 minutes still no reply

Purchased supplements in Nov 2025. Package never arrived due to customs (canada) and so everything returned to Nutriessential (original packaging, never opened) today. Nutriessential kept all of my money and the package and charged for all the shipping even the additional shipping. Their service department did not care that they effectively stole - kept the money and got their original, not opened items. Terrible policy and don't care about the customer. They finally confirmed this to me today (Jan 19, 2026) that even though they have received the original product back from customs they were not giving any refund and keeping the product.

I bought a product from Italy and without any warning I was charged 55 USD for extra shipping without me being warned at the moment of check out

They charged an additional USD 27 in…
They charged an additional USD 27 in shipping fees to my credit card without my consent, claiming the parcel weighed more than 2 lb. I had ordered a single bottle of Pure Encapsulations supplements with 120 capsules, so this justification makes no sense.
In the end, the package never arrived. They then claimed the issue was due to an incorrect address at checkout, which is also not true. To this day, I have neither received the parcel nor a refund.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I will not order from them again.

Excellent service, I ordered sun Butyrate which isn't available in the UK and it came within a matter of days. Honestly, I am still waiting for other parcels from UK companies to arrive. I expected Nutriessentials international parcel to be longer than theirs but they have beat the local couriers. Will definitely order again.

Two orders in one -The first and the last.
Disappointing because it took several weeks for the product to finally arrive, mostly sitting in the USA, finally arrived 30/12/2025. Plus freight was paid when the order was placed, but despite this a further $16.50 US was subsequently charged for freight.
Also I was subsequently advised that the same high quality product could be purchased locally at a much, much cheaper price, freight free.

The standard shipping fee covers a weight limit of 0.41 lb, and any additional weight is charged at the time of final dispatch. It is not possible to determine the final weight of a shipment in advance.
