I still did not get it

I still did not get it. It was not mention that I have to pay duty tax. I paid that but it is still not released by customs. I tried to contact shipper many times and I never got a response. Very bad service

Be Careful: Misleading International Shipping Rates

I was very disappointed with my experience ordering from Nutriessential. After placing my order, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $77.80 in shipping fees on top of what I had already paid at checkout. This was not made sufficiently clear during the purchasing process.

I regularly shop from multiple US websites and have goods shipped to the UAE, and I have never encountered unexpected post-purchase shipping charges of this nature. Other retailers such as iHerb typically use more transparent and cost-effective international shipping options such as Aramex and DHL.

If substantial additional shipping fees are likely for international customers, this should be clearly disclosed on the checkout page before payment is taken, rather than buried in a separate shipping policy page that many customers may not think to review.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the company

I found it easy to order online

I found it easy to order online, I was provided updates and the two bottles arrived just as predicted and as I was informed.
My acupuncture therapist recommends the pills. She also takes them reguarily so she is convinced that they help reduce the irritation and inflamation of the joints. My ankles cause me trouble so I have been on these pills, 4/day for an estimated year and plan to keep taking them.

The next day, another email talking about rapidly preparing your shipment with another “how are we doing?” Then a tracking info email followed by arrival of said product with yet another “Does the product meet your expectations?” While you have not had time to unpack it, you are being questioned as to whether it’s everything you hoped and dreamed‼️😠😠 GIVE ME A BREAK‼️ LIGHTEN UP‼️😠

The gummies always being promised but never arriving!

If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
I ordered the gummies for use on high stress trip.
The gummies never arrived before I left.
Then you asked me to do a survey about my experience and of course I hadn’t had any experience because they were late.
I was assured they’d be here when I got back from my trip.
I’m back.
They are not here even yet.
Tracking to be here here in another 5 days.
And you’ve asked for another survey.
Here it is.
So I day FO NOT BUY this product unless you don’t really need it for a month or so.
And get ready for lots of upbeat emails thst will feel like nails on a chalkboard until they eventually arrive.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

I ordered supplements from this US online store. They sent me completely the wrong item. So I never received the item I ordered and paid for. It wasn't something as simple as a brand difference or different formulation, it was a completely different item that I have no use for. I contacted their awful customer support via the chat option on their website and via email. After some time I received an email that said they would look into "how the discrepancy occurred". Thats ridiculous! I don't care how it occurred! The how isn't my problem. Fix it. I paid for something I didn't receive so at this point I've been robbed basically. They've broken the contract of sale. No offer to resolve it. I also paid expensive shipping and tax as I was ordering from the UK and their store is in the US. That's absolutely fine if I had received my item. I ended up re-purchasing my item elsewhere. Please AVOID Nutriessentials. They don't intend to send people what they have purchased and they don't intend to refund customers for these mistakes. I bet they make quite a bit of money scamming customers with unfulfilled and incorrect orders. I have given Nutriessentials ample opportunity to resolve this. My incorrect order arrived 20th February and it's now 18th March with no reply from Nutriessentials. No refund. No offer to resend my item.

UPDATE: these cheeky so and so's rang me late in the evening after 8pm expecting me to correct their mistake! You heard that right. I must go out of my way and post the incorrect item I received to it's intended buyer. Apparently there was a mix up. Same surname. They received my item (which I guarantee was more expensive than theirs) and I received theres. So after almost a month, after I've counted my losses and binned what they sent me in error. They expect me to post this item to someone and equally and stupidly expect the other poor buyer who has also been inconvenienced to post my item to me which they received in error. You couldn't make it up! Refund us both. The time has passed for favours. I'm not USPS, I'm not FedEx, I'm not a courier service. You're taking the P
