Great service and product!
In the past I have ordered from other supplement/vitamin companies and something always went wrong, from a delayed order, to poor customer service.
Then I was fortunate enough to find Nutriessential and was so thankful to have everything go well. Plus the supplements I ordered were of a very recent manufacture date.

That happened to me. They blamed me because I did not read the fine print in their website!
I ended up paying almost double the shipping cost that they quoted me at during my purchase!

As you mentioned, the final shipping cost you paid was higher than the initial quote. This is because any additional charges are incurred solely due to the final weight of the shipment, which cannot be predetermined at the time of purchase. At the time of order confirmation, only the standard shipping charge is applied, and any excess weight is adjusted and billed accordingly at the final stage of dispatch.

terrible experience (thumbs down!)
horrible company! After waiting over 3 weeks, the product was shipped back to them. They charged me an extra $8 in shipping on top of the already charged shipping amount. Stating is was based on weight. How much can 2 pill bottle weigh? I tried to cancel this and they ignored me until they shipped it again, stating they couldn't now because it shipped (days later). Would not do business with this company again, what happened to customer service and trying to make the customer happy? Don't they get that they are more likely to get repeat business??

Regarding the cancellation request, I apologize that we cannot accommodate the cancellation of any order unless the product is out of stock. This we have clearly outlined on our shipping policy as well.

Signing in confusing
Signing in to the website is confusing. Something called "shop" pops up and the emailed code didn't work. Ordering and delivery was fine, but the packing list also was confusing. Stated sold to a name that I didn't recognize in Minnesota with no mention of Nutrissential.

Didn’t get my package. They ship with FedEx so it’s expected when one uses FedEx. No customer service available. $180 worth of items I need to spend a lot of time either retrieving my items of my money. So bad.

I recently placed an order with Nutriessential for my Vitamin D3 + K2, and although the package was marked as delivered, it never arrived. I reached out to their support team, and from the very beginning, Ms. Emily Harper — Customer Service Executive provided some of the most considerate, patient, and professional customer service I’ve experienced.
Emily took the time to walk me through each step, forwarded my case to the appropriate department, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even though the shipping carrier showed the package as “delivered,” Nutriessential was at No-Fault but didn’t hesitate, they took responsibility, investigated the issue, and ultimately sent me a replacement shipment at no cost, which arrived quickly.
What stood out the most was how kind, attentive, and reassuring Emily was during the whole situation. Her communication was warm, thoughtful, and genuine. Caution: Shipping could be many times higher
Buyer be advised. Unexpectedly high shipping costs. Sold me the vitamins with an estimated international shipping cost under $30.00 and a note that it might be adjusted. Hours after they shipped and sent tracking number they charged an additional $100. shipping. Not to have checked if the shipment was still wanted at almost 5-times the cost... is not right.
UPDATE: I received very good communication from the company and now understand the costs. But I still believe they should have a shipping chart on the website, give a better estimate upfront, or wait to have the cost okayed by the customer before proceeding with the transaction.
2ND UPDATE: Everything else went as expected. Shipment arrived in a timely manner. All things considered I will probably order again.

This is why our Shipping Policy clearly mentions that the final cost may be adjusted once the package is weighed by the carrier. This process is not unique to us—many businesses follow the same practice, as carriers bill based on the actual weight of the prepared shipment.
In your case, the package weighed 6 lbs, and unfortunately, it is not feasible to ship an international package of that size for $24.75. The additional charge was not imposed by us, nor was it a profit to our company; it was strictly the amount billed to the shipping carrier.
Our team has already provided you with all supporting information—including the shipping invoice—to ensure full transparency, and we hope this clarified the situation from our end. We always strive to operate honestly and respectfully, and we regret that this experience left you feeling otherwise.
I can do everything on-line. Nutriessentials gets the order correctly and delivers quickly. I've used their product for years and will continue to do so.

The foreign import taxes are not included in the order and the font is so small, I could not read this information when I place my order. I was charged twice the amount I paid for the supplement in customs taxes. THE COMPANY DOES NOT REFUND AFTER THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED. PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
