Missing part
I had an issue with my rapid cool (part missing) so I contacted the support team and they reached out to me super fast and helped to resolve it almost instantly. Despite me not having my receipt, after explaining the situation and describing what I had they still helped me. I've never had an issue with any of my other products from nuby and absolute love everything I've got, so so glad they were able to sort the issue quickly! Highly recommend Nuby for first time parents ❤️

My order came in 2 separate deliveries and I was unaware of this so phoned NUBY and got in contact with Marie she was fantastic, emailed me straight away to let me know what had happened and my parcel was with me the next day

Nuby rapidcool
I was given 2x nuby rapid cool as gift during pregnancy - not one but two of them have became unsafe the paint has come off both meaning the metal is burning to touch when cooling down bottles. I emailed nuby directly as they were brought in September but not used until March 2025 that I was unable to get help to fix the problem. Both flasks are unusable and have lasted for just under 8months of use!

Unfortunately, as your Rapid Cools were outside of the warranty period, we were unable to replace them for you free of charge as per your request. We are sorry for this. As discussed, please refer to your instruction manual on how to correctly reset your flask so they can still be used.

After a piece within the Nuby Rapid Sterilise broke off, i contacted their customer service to enquire about its viability and they provided me with a replacement immediately.

Rapid Cooler replacement seal
I needed a replacement seal for the rapid cooler lid and emailed the team for a new one. They quickly responded and I was able to purchase some at a very cheap price, and I received my order very quickly

I emailed the company as I needed spare parts for my nuby rapid cool flask and received a reply promptly and they were able to sell me them and they sent me a link to pay and the items were dispatched the same day.

Fantastic customer service from Ashley
Customer service replied really quickly to my queries and Ashley was extremely helpful. Would have given 5* but for the slow postage. Delivery took almost a week, not the fault of Nuby but given the postage cost vs cost of item, perhaps an alternative courier needs to be considered.

Cannot thank Marie Kearvell enough for all her help and guidance she has given me over the last few months with a problem we had with one of the Nuby products. Her service was second to none and Nuby as a company should be very proud and thankful for her brilliant customer service she made the whole process run so smoothly and was so patient with me when the tech side of the communication threw me a bit . Great customer interaction
Great, efficient customer service. Nice to interact with a company who still, obviously, value customer service, promptly delivered. I mislaid a seal for the Nuby Rapidcool and emailed outside of business hours on Friday evening. First thing Monday morning I got a response advising that a new seal would be on its way to me that day.
Over the last few weeks I have had to contact a couple of big organisations with queries and have been disappointed with the level of customer service (just trying to get a response to a message is impossible) but Nuby have restored my confidence that some organisation still value their customers - well done Nuby!

Excellent customer service
Had an issue with the rapid cool we bought back in February from boots. It wasn’t working as effectively. Emailed customer service team and had a reply back within 12 hours. I was given instructions on a test to do and to reply back to them. I replied late on Thursday and by Tuesday I had a new rapid cool arrive! Excellent customer service! Thank you to Neil Armstrong, customer services supervisor, for sorting this out so quickly!
