Just wanted a reliable runaround, purchased a trusty Fiesta. Low mileage from Northwest trade centre today. Slight problem when arrived to collect vehicle it wasn't washed ,hoovered & no boot liner as promised. However the problem was quickly resolved and within hour and a half collected the vechicle with no problems. Stuart was very efficient, polite and everything got done for me tax etc which was an added bonus, thank you!

Bank Holiday weekend and my car more or less died! Contacted NWTC and spoke to Jamie who took me through the steps to getting a replacement. He was thorough and was able to find the right car for my needs.
When I limped into NWTC two days later with my pre loved but dilapidated suzuki, I was greeted by Leah who took me on a test drive and went through the paperwork with me with patience...despite me being a complete technophobe!.... and I was able to drive away with an impressive upgrade. Many thanks to both Jamie and Leah for enabling this....really happy with the car

Really helpful when taking money.
Jamie sold us a car with a fault on the dash they couldn’t fix, asked us to take it to the main dealer and they would pick up the bill to remedy.
Took it to the main dealer and called Jamie.
He wasn’t available.
Left a message for him to call back.
Didn’t call back.
Asked the dealer to invoice NWTC.
Surprise beyond surprise, they wouldn’t pay the bill, only a “contribution” to it, which was less than half the cost.
Moral of the story, don’t trust used car salesmen and get everything fixed before you hand over any money.
Their smiles are free and their word is worthless.
