AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. After arriving in Zakopane and trying to access the property at 4pm. The code to the building worked but I was provided an incorrect code to the apartment itself and unable to gain access. I tried the code numerous times and even tried similar variations in case of a mistype in the email provided by the company. No luck. Their 24-hour help desk number was unresponsive. Emailed online and no response. Messaged the property numerous times throughout booking.com and no response at all after hours to no avail. I feel this is a scam.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not properly prepared on arrival: the microwave was missing its rotating plate, the bathroom drain did not work, used cotton pads were left behind the bedroom shelf, and the vacuum cleaner was completely discharged. Access to the property was unclear, and we spent over 30 minutes stuck at the entrance barrier until a neighbor let us in.

We travelled with a child, yet there was no crib, no highchair, and no basic equipment for a family stay. Despite all these issues, we kept the apartment clean throughout the visit, cleaned daily, ran the dishwasher before departure, and even left a 30 PLN voucher as a gesture of goodwill.

Instead of appreciation, the host submitted an unreasonable request for extra cleaning fees for something that clearly falls under normal turnover cleaning. Considering the preparation issues and the condition of the apartment at arrival, this was unacceptable and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience.

Review for Apartment Zabrska 15, Katowice

I have to say I didn’t have the best experience at this apartment. Before our arrival, I sent about ten emails to make sure there would be a baby cot available, since we were traveling with our child. We arrived in the evening, tired after a long trip, and of course, there was no baby cot. We had to wait another two hours for it to be brought, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when you have a baby who needs to sleep.

The apartment itself is very cheaply furnished. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the furniture and fittings are really the lowest quality possible.

What bothered me the most, though, was the layout and design. There are mirrors everywhere, and you can’t properly darken the room. There are four big windows but only three curtains — which makes absolutely no sense. Because of the constant light coming in and all the reflections from the mirrors, it honestly felt like sleeping at a train station. Even at night, the room never really got dark, and it was very uncomfortable.

Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose this apartment again

I have been staying in racklowicka 22D/9. The customer support lied that the room was sanitized but the room was dirty, not sanitized properly , dusts everywhere , bugs on the bed explained and shared the images to them by email and over the call to the customer support but they were rude and asking to stay with my baby even after explaining baby situation if you want you can stay or leave but we won't provide refund or transfer to another apartment apart from this they did not provided essential things for 9 days stay atleast they should have provided for 2 days stay , they provided broken vessels, no pot for coffee , no pan for fry, no trash bags, no handwashing liquids. I would suggest to avoid their apartment as their customer support was useless and turns the complaint against the guest

Apart Lagun Boulevard, super lokalizacja, apartament czysty. Obsługa bardzo szybko reaguje, dodatkowe ręczniki i pościel dostarczone w godzinkę. Szczególne podziękowania za szybkie odesłanie pozostawionej w apartamencie kosmetyczki.
Na pewno ponownie skorzystamy z Waszych usług.

Korzystam z usług już od paru miesięcy z dziewczyną, zawsze wybieram noclegi renters ze względu na korzystną cenę, a także świetne warunki i bardzo dobrze wyposażone apartamenty w dobrej okolicy. Podczas naszych wszystkich podróży nigdy nie narzekaliśmy jeżeli chodzi czystość oraz wyposażenie apartamentu. Gorąco polecamy i na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy! :D

I had a wonderfully seamless experience, much like I'm accustomed to with Booking.com. I was pleased to find that the listing I was interested in was also available on noclegi.renters.pl, but at a better price. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. This made for a perfect stay while visiting the magnificent city of Cracow. It was a fantastic trip, and having such a great place to stay made it all the more enjoyable.

It was the most stressful and unprofessional, unpleasant experience with booking an accommodation in my life.
The experience is regarding Dwie Motławy apartament at 20 Toruńska in Gdańsk.
We had a lot of problems with communication, the emails were bouncing back, they didn't pick up phones.
They couldn't confirm the payment on time while the platform sent them the money at 06.00 am during working day.
We had to ask booking.com to mediate and talk to them.
They were sending misleading emails which were saying that we have the booking confirmed and than that it's not confirmed!
Insane!
The same was regarding the parking.
We didn't know till last moment if we really have the reservation!
One more thing...bring a toilet paper with you because you will not be provided more than four roles for four people for a week.....
I am ashamed, disappointed, upset regarding the whole experience.
I will never stay there anymore!

Apartament w dobrej lokalizacji, Stare miasto w odległości 15 minut spacerem. Blisko przystanek autobusowy oraz tramwajowy. Przytulna przestrzeń oraz dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Idealne miejsce na pobyt w Krakowie.

I stayed in Kakowskiego apartment. The location is great and very convenient. The apartment was adequately clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony could have been cleaned better.

Au cours du mois de juillet 2025, nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes avec ce propriétaire !

1) L’appartement était affiché à 298€ et nous avons été débité de 328,88€. La raison invoquée par le propriétaire dans les messages sur booking aurait été liée aux fluctuations du taux de change. Mais étant donné que j’ai effectué la réservation un samedi et que les bourses sont fermées le week-end, cet argument est totalement fallacieux !
De plus si tant est qu'il y ait eu une fluctuation du taux de change il aurait fallu qu'elle atteigne près de 0.26€ pour 1 Zloty et on en était loin puisque le taux le samedi n'était que de 0,24€ pour 1 Zloty.

2) Le couchage n’était pas conforme car nous devions avoir un lit et c’était un canapé convertible qui ne permettait pas de mettre les draps correctement car impossible à border ! Par ailleurs c’était l’assise du canapé et le dossier du sofa qui faisaient office de matelas sur lequel tout le monde s’assoit, de plus longueur du couchage nous posait problème (longueur du « lit »insuffisante et la base du canapé/matelas basculait facilement).
Le propriétaire trompe les clients car il doit avoir d’autres appartements, ou fait croire qu’il en a d’autres, avec des photos d’autres logements qui disposent d’un vrai lit ! Il y a bien une photo du canapé mais sans préciser qu’il considère cela comme un lit !

3) L’appartement n’était pas propre nous avons dû faire nous même le ménage avec un balai !

4) La goute d'eau qui a fait déborder le vase c'est la salle d’eau avec un toilette intégré. En l'occurrence comme l’évacuation de la douche était bouchée, et malgré toutes les précautions qu'on a pu prendre, nous avons inondé toute la salle d’eau jusqu’aux toilettes. L’eau stagnait toujours le lendemain !

5) Malgré de multiples messages sur la plate-forme booking.com il a fallu attendre près de 48 heures pour avoir une réponse du propriétaire (sans évoquer un possible remboursement !). Par ailleurs, même booking.com que nous avions contacté n’arrivait pas à le joindre.

6) Le numéro de téléphone donné par le propriétaire, dans les messages sur la plate-forme booking.com qui était le même que celui affiché dans l’appartement, n’était « pas attribué » donc impossible de joindre le propriétaire.

En conclusion, JE VOUS DÉCONSEILLE FORTEMENT CE PROPRIÉTAIRE !!!!

Ce bien n’est pas conforme au descriptif, et l’entretien est non satisfaisant (sol poussiéreux, salle d’eau non vérifiée, bouilloire entartrée et sale).

Une demande de remboursement est en cours auprès de booking !

Le propriétaire a répondu à mon avis en s'excusant tout simplement sans même une proposition de remboursement et même pas de dédommagement !

Je vous confirme donc EVITER LES BIENS DE CE PROPRIETAIRE étant donné le peu de considération de ce propriétaire qui possède un grand nombre de bien à la location sur booking !!

Et par ailleurs je n'ai eu aucun retour de Booking sur ce dossier !
Méfiez vous donc aussi de ce qui est publié sur Booking car avoir leur service client n'est pas chose aisée d'autant plus quand on est en vacances et qu'on aimerait en profiter plutôt que de passer des heures au téléphone à tenter de les joindre pour au final n'avoir aucune vrai prise en charge de notre problème !

We had no internet access during our entire 3 day stay. Despite calling and texting the agency multiple times, the only response we received was, "We will report the problem." Unfortunately, no one ever followed up or made any effort to fix the issue. This was very disappointing and made our stay much very convenient.

Dismissing your clients’ issues is not acceptable. The lack of internet made our travel unnecessarily difficult, and in my case, it directly affected my ability to work. I relied on having a stable connection, and because they didn’t bother to resolve the issue—even after repeated messages—I was unable to meet my work obligations and had to deal with serious consequences from my company. This level of disregard is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.

I stayed at one of this company’s properties, initially planning to stay for around 15 nights. However, after just 3 days, the boiler broke down. A handyman came in the afternoon, but the issue wasn’t resolved. After that, communication stopped completely — I had no idea what was going on or if the issue would be fixed.

The next day, by 6:00 PM, still no update. I requested a refund and booked another apartment — unfortunately, also managed by the same company.

When I arrived at the new apartment, no access codes had been sent. I called customer support, and the agent confirmed they were aware of the boiler issue from the previous apartment, yet still made me wait in the rain for over an hour because of a payment processing issue — even though I had provided a valid credit card. No one called to ask for another card, which could have solved the issue in minutes.

I ended up leaving and checking into a hotel at my own expense. At 10:30 PM, they messaged me asking if I wanted to change accommodation — far too late to be of any help.

I requested a refund for at least 2 nights: one for the night I had no hot water, and another for the hotel and taxi costs caused by their incompetence.
To this day, I haven’t received any refund at all.

This company’s service was completely unacceptable — disorganized, unresponsive, and careless. If you value your time, money, and basic comfort, stay away.

+ the price for the apartment was lower than on booking.com
+ the view from the kitchen was beautiful
+ comfortable beds
- no repairman came to fix the broken door during the 5 days of stay
- insufficient number of forks
- dish towel and oven mitt missing
- non-functioning and missing window curtains

I stayed at the Kościuszki 39/19 apartment in Krakow and really enjoyed my time there. The apartment was clean, had excellent parking, and the location was very convenient for reaching the city center. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this high-standard apartment to anyone visiting the area.

The two stars are for the apartment which was lovely and modern. but it was new so was going to be lovely.
Thats where the positivity ends. This company do not care one bit about customers experience in their accomodation. advertised as no pets in apartment but failed to mention that in surrounding apartments there was constant barking dogs sometimes excessively loudly barking way after midnight, no one to help and no response from this company to support us or relocate us. The noise was unbearable and excessive. apartment advertises a 24/7 reception , this is untrue , i have videos to prove a lot of the time it was unmanned and even if someone was there they shrug their shoulders and are disinterested. we rented accomodation in wroclaw stylowry apartments in a new development , there was no working tuned in television, again no help,( they advertise flat screen tv ) they didnt care. we approached booking. com who we booked with and they advised me that this company was ignoring them too. they take your money and then your pretty much isolated. as well as constsnt barking dogs there was building noise both inside/ outside the apartment building.
They advertise “ quiet time” after 10 pm , this is also untrue as we had to endure excessive dog noise until way after midnight. They tell you to call the police as not their problem.
Our stay was noise polluted constantly which caused severe sleep deprivation and stress / anxiety. They dont care. Do yourself a favour and do not book with this awful disregarding company.

I would like to WARN ALL CLIENTS !!! NOCLEGI RENTERS ARE CHEATERS ! Run! THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT SYSTEMATICALLY LIES AND OFFERS FAKE PHOTOS OF APARTMENTS THAT DO NOT EXIST. THE APARTMENTS ARE EXTREMELY DIRTY, DISGUSTING, OFTEN NOT CLEANED AT ALL BY PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PICTURES UPLOADED ON BOOKING OR OTHER PLATFORMS. AFTER THE CLIENT WANTS TO CHANGE THE APARTMENT OR GET HIS MONEY BACK - THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTACT OR LIES ARE MADE UP. PLEASE SPREAD THIS INFORMATION AND CONTACT ME TO FILE AN ACTION LAWSUIT AND CONVICT THIS COMPANY. SUCH "Business" HAS NO PLACE IN THE MARKET. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK ON OTHER CLIENTS REVUES on Google.
