Es una vergüenza el servicio de atencion al cliente..Devoví unas zapatillas air force one porque en 2 meses ya se habian roto, a dia de hoy estoy esperando la tarjeta regalo que habian aprobado..No me la han dado ,pedí que se me devolvira las zapatillas pero tampoco..Cada vez que llamo,que no son pocas veces me ha tocado hablar con tantos incompetentes,que encima te dan informacion erronea y se pasan la pelota los unos a los otros..

I purchased a pair of trainers and after wearing once the label started to peel off I contacted Nike on the live chat as there nearly impossible to email to let them know and I was told I could return them as they were defected I told them I didn’t have the original box and I had worn them however they can see when the order was made and it was 3 weeks since order was placed I was told that was fine and i could send them back for a refund So I did I then checked the Royal Mail tracking and it said they were delivered however I got no confirmation from Nike I then rang them and was told they had them and needed to be checked. I was then called and told that I sent an empty box which is a complete lie as I sent them prove of postage receipt with the parcel weight on I then got told that there was nothing they could do as this was cleared by there senior management so not only did I pay £65 for some faulty trainers Nike have now lost them or they have been stolen by there staff and they say there’s nothing they can do I find this disgusting and not something I expected from one of the biggest sports brand in the world and I feel robbed.

I went to Nike store St Luke’s the female staff said big 1 coming which I heard, funny when I’m size 14 wearing a big baggy dress for shopping. The staff she was sz 16 with a top too small so didn’t make sense. I asked for Nike airforce black size 9 for my daughter’s school year. She said ooh we only have size 15. I said what’s that she said ooh size 8 and I said hello mens size. She said yeah I said so 9 or 10 woman’s. Terrible🙄 bad service. Next the guy said there was no box I said get any box than. He said this was a premium store funny guys. Really first time I haven’t got a box with a full price or half price pair of shoes. Don’t waste your time there. The guy I asked about the socks was very helpful and the male staff saying how the shoe will wear. That was helpful, other than that rude staff and 🧐 I own a lot of shoes!!!! They need to send a new box instead of the crap box they gave.

Places order 1st Jan, still not received trainers. Tracking date kept changing saying "AWAITING CARRIER PICKUP"
Called Customer service. Said there was a problem with the order. They placed it again and now have to wait another 5 days. So total of 17 days to get the goods!! That's if they even arrive. Not acceptable Nike!!!

Where to start!!! 2 orders one never arrived & one faulty. What a joke this company is. Ordered a pair of Vapourmax on 29th Dec, they have apparently been with DPD since 3rd Jan, Nike can't tell me when there coming, just keep saying they will. They won't, I have had 2 other ordered delivered by DPD ordered after the Vapourmax, the DPD driver said there not coming. Had to fight for a refund! Ordered some Dunks, they arrived but are faulty, not stitched correctly, to get an exchange I have to take to the post office, wait for them to be scanned as returned and then wait another 3-4 days before a replacement will arrive. If they ever will!!! No compensation offered for my time, fuel or disappointment. What kind of rubbish customer service is this?? Honestly don't bother ordering from them, I certainly won't again. Once, it can happen, but twice within a couple of weeks & no customer service is a joke. They don't care about their customers, they don't want to help, they just want your money

Daughter a rep futsal player, about to return from an ACL injury - and excited to buy new Nike futsal shoes. Unfortunately, the parcel was stolen from the letterbox ( courier didnt notify arrival) - and although not their fault, Nike Services very generously made a full refund.

Le service client Nike est a chié.pouquoi des mots aussi fort,je commande une paire de chaussure via la boutique Nike d Aubergenville pour mon mari pour Noël ont m assure que la livraison se fera avant Noël cool.a 24h de Noël n ayant rien reçu ,je repasse en boutique au cas où ils l auraient livré là bas,rien la vendeuse m explique j aurai du être déjà livré,ne comprend pas et contact le service client.et la tout commence ,elle explique le problème à l abrutis derrière le combiné qui comprend un mot sur 5 que vous dites et répète en boucles qu il va revenir vers moi dans l heurecar ne trouve pas ma commande.1heure edemi plus tard tjrs pas de nouvelle donc je les contact moi et l interlocuteur me dit quoi madame je ne sais pas quoi vous dire a part de retourner en boutique et de ne pas resortir tant qu ils non pas de solution .retour en boutique puisque ces incompétents pense que je pisse dans mon réservoir.la vendeuse( que je remercie énormément pour son respect et professionnalisme) me propose de me rembourser et s excuse mais avant doit recontacter le service client pour annuler la commande vu qu elle n' avait pas encore quitter l entrepôt.ont refuse sa demande sous prétexte que c était trop tard pour annuler la commande même si celle ci n a pas quitter l entrepôt.cette gentille vendeuse essaie de trouver des solution avec moi car ont est le 23 décembre 16h00 faut un cadeau au pied du sapin ,ne peut pas me donner une autre paire mm si c est pas celle que je voulais sans me la faire payer a nouveau sauf que je n' ai plus de budget pour ce cadeau.donc je recontact le service client pour qu ils me proposer une solution et explique la situation croyez moi si vous voulez (d ailleurs j' ai enregistrer la conversation)la personne que j' ai au bout du fil me dit comment ça vous avez pas les moyens d acher un nouveau cadeau.excuser moi monsieur je ne suis pas la petite fille du président de Nike pour avoir un compte en banque plein à craquer.je dois travailler dur pour vivre et essayer de faire plaisir a mes proche et 119 euros ce n' est pas rien.plus jamais je ne commanderai chez Nike même si j ai reçu la paire de chaussure le 26 a 14h et j ai du aller a nouveau en boutique me faire rembourser car j' étais trop dégoûtée et a offert un cadeau la semaine d après a mon mari.je comprend que tout le monde doit travailler mais Nike vu la fortune que vous brasser vous pourriez au moins respecter vos clients en mettant des personnes qualifiées et parlant français couramment derrière le combiné du service client non pas des gens qui nous prends pour Crésus

Trying to purchase Dunk Black and whiteas a present. Account created in good time. Waited for product to necome available in good time. Product came on sale. However card details, which had been carefully entered previously, could not be validated. Entered a second card (carefully checked) and could not be validated. Both cards were valid Mastercard. Entered PayPal details -still no good. What is the point of having a system when it doesn't work.

Je contacte le service client afin qu'il en renvoie une dans le magasin nike le plus proche de mon domicile afin de l'échanger avec la mienne et surtout afin de l'avoir avant les fêtes et on me répond que ma seule possibilité et de faire un retour échange et que bien sur je n'aurais pas la nouvelle paire avant Noel. Je vous déconseille Nike qui vous envoie des articles pleins de défauts et qui est incapable de vous échanger votre article rapidement malgré que la solution est très simple. C'est une HONTE
beware when purchasing in the sales
I purchase a pair of trainers in the 22% off sale, they took the money and did not deliver, i had to chase to ask where they were? finally i got an answer saying that they had not been delivered due to the box being damaged, i asked for another pair to be sent out, they said they could not do that and all they could offer was a refund, and a 15% discount code ( which does not work on the trainers i required, or most products) the trainers are now at full price, and the size required has now gone out of stock! quick to respond on the chat bot but rubbish customer service.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Returned a faulty pair of shoes and was told i will hear back in 6 weeks. 10 weeks later and still haven't heard anything back. I have messaged the live chat twice and both times ive been told to just wait longer

MOLDED service and products
Nov 8th i purchased Air Jordans. They were received Nov 16th MOLDED. I contact chat service and a replacement pair was mailed and received nov 18th (expedited @ no cost to me) but they were also molded. I contact chat, phone and corporate. I have been told NO REFUND and NO REPLACEMENT i have to mail the shoes to nike's claims center (at my cost) and "hope" they refund and replace the items and also get back the cost to me for shipping. i have filed complaints with twitter, facebook, my locals news outlet, bbb and ftc. Nike will not be ripping me off this entire process is unacceptable.
False advertising
False advertising. Clearly show on your website black Friday 25% off site-wide, I wanted to purchase a pair of Air Force 1 trainers but the code wouldn't work, I had a web chat with Nike and got told the 25% off is not available of them! Why say Site-wide when this is not the case. There is nothing showing in your T&C's that the discount is on selected items only! What a scam!
Nike let me down
I have always been a good customer to Nike but recently I’ve had the worst experience with them. I ordered three pairs of trainers for my relatives birthdays. After waiting almost 2 weeks for the delivery, Nike cancelled my order. I complained to customer service who apologised and offered me an extra 10% discount, however when I came to order they would not fulfil their promise and then accused me of cancelling the original order… 😳 the audacity beggars belief 😤
