The Nike flagship stores are beautiful, pleasant to shop in and a great experience all-around. The only think I would complain about is that the inventory or available products are just too few, they refer to checking online for a lot of things but isn't the point of a retail store to be able to see and touch the product that you can't do online?
Anyways I would give it 5 stars if I could just buy the products in store that I'm looking at.

The shoes I received were very different from what I saw. I feel the workmanship is very rough and the bottom of the shoe is very stiff. I feel a little uncomfortable wearing it.
Nike doesn’t respect customers
Nike doesn’t respect customers. I have an online order that was supposed to be delivered Oct 27th and was not. Since then trying to have an update and accurate details about it. Spoke via chat and Email at least 8 times. Always receiving the feedback that order would be delivered until EOD. Yesterday an email informing that parcel was lost and that I could choose between refund or replacement order. I’ve requested replacement. No reply again and now got a terrible chat experience and was informed that they didn’t have time to read email sent yesterday morning about it. My order is delayed, I am loosing time contacting Nike several times per day and now she says that they don’t have time to read all emails and that my replacements takes time and probably order will not be delivered this week. How? When I purchased first time delivery estimated was 1 or 2 business day. It’s gone already more than a week waiting for it.

But after 1 week I didn’t received nothing and called to the service that answered that they don’t do this service, just refound. Fallow the conversation with the online support:

I recently ordered shoes from the official Nike website. They had them on sale plus there was 20% discount. I don't know why but every time they have something on sale that product doesn't arrive. There is always something going on when at the end they have to cancel my product. I don't know if that is a marketing trick to show great products that they don't have in inventory but how is it possible that the label has been created and the shoes never left the facility...that happened to me 3 times. Every time they have great prices items don't exist. That's how I feel.
