Déçu, j’avais choisi livraison à domicile, UPS mentionne tentative de livraison alors que je suis en télétravail donc chez moi toute la journée, je n’ai pas eu d’appel du livreur et personne à sonner chez moi. Je contacte UPS et bien sûr ils ne peuvent pas contacter le livreur. J’appelle nike et ils ne peuvent rien faire. Je suis une très bonne cliente et j’ai été traité comme un paillasson. On te propose même pas un dédommagement qu’une honte! Je ne commanderais plus chez eux

J'ai commandé sur le site de Nike le 5 avril et le 26 avril nous n'avons toujours pas reçu notre commande, le service client refuse de me rembourser.

This company is terrible with there online service, you can get told your not allowed to buy a item because they chose not because you dont have the funds or where not on time but just because they decided naw you didnt get it. Horrible service playing a lottery when you just want to buy shoes.

Arnaque on propose 25 % au service client pour une paire de air max 90 qu il vont rembourser 25% après l achat.. je dis c est bizarre pourquoi après l achat ? L opératrice me dit ne vous en faites pas j ai mis une note dans votre dossier c est monnaie courante de faire ça etc bon je commande et je rappel le service pour me rembourser je tombe sur une autre opératrice désagréable et elle me dis je vois pas de trace dans votre dossier !! On sait rien faire ! Vous pouvez porter plainte c est pas mon problème... on s envrouille et me racroche au nez.. arnaque !!!!!

Noch nie so einen schlechten service überhaupt erlebt. Schöner neuer Store in der SCS, aber das junge Personal wirkt sehr genervt als ich nach Hilfe gefragt habe. Mitten im Gespräch hat sich der junge Herr umgedreht und ist gegangen. Hat ihm anscheinend genervt, dass ich nach mehreren Größen gefragt habe. Wirkte sehr oberflächlich für sein junges alter. Ich verzichte im Moment auf den Store.

Erasing women by partnering with a man playing dress up is a low blow. Being a woman isn’t something you can perform and his caricature of womanhood is downright offensive. 365 days of being a “girl” and yet he’s never ever know how uncomfortable big breasts can make you feel when you’re playing sport. He’ll never have to suffer the embarrassment of missing a sports lesson because of period cramps. You could’ve easily partnered with any of the lionesses who have done more for women’s sports than this brand can, or any other sportswoman rather than this phoney. Instead you chose to show us that you believe what defines us as women is something as shallow as clothing and make up. Stop erasing us and start supporting us (and real boobs!) I will never again purchase from you.

Terrible customer service. Still waiting for sneakers that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. They keep stating that it is being processed at warehouse, or computer glitch, etc. Nine days later, i have no refund or shoes.

The quality and workman ship of Nike has declined over the years. Only in Dec 2021 I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max 95. And in Jan 2023 the outside side rubber sole to body started to come away. exposing my socks. Cost cutting in manufacturing means they have lost my trust in the brand which I have been loyal to since 1993. I ended up using shoe repair glue to fix this.

FYI I bought a pair of Nike trainers in 1999. They lasted me until 2006. Wearing them everyday. Not an issue in that time. Those were quality. With normal wearing, trainers should last 5 years, not 1 year.

Fuir de tout urgence l appli nike,on vous propose entre 20 et 25% de réduction mais l aplli plante,je joins le service client(le plus incompétent de tout les services clients),je souhaiter acheter 2 paires de baskets(valeurs après remise 200e)mais aucune solution ne m a été proposé sauf désolé mais nous ne prenons pas les commandes par tel donc vous ne voulez pas de mon argent????

Al final ,tras 2 reclamaciones a Nike.com,recibí mi reembolso ya que se había quedado bloqueado por una investigación de la empresa de transporte Ups y sin respuesta .Todo ok.

Nike Scammers. They will not inform clients that the items are shipped from overseas, which takes weeks to come, no shipping time provided either. No transparency of any kind, until they snare you, take you money, from this moment onwards there is zero support and you will get stuck, If I knew that, I would have never purchase on first place. Upon request for refund they have refused to do so, Australian consumer law is a joke, as they cant force them to refund. So there is nothing left except the bitterness and the good lesson TO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Truly pathetic service.

Paid for express shipping and they guaranteed two day shipping! Ordered on Tuesday. It is now Thursday and it hasn’t even left the building yet. The representative refuses to help me until tomorrow after 9 PM. I needed the item by Saturday morning for a baby shower.

Return at Nike is very bad. They take the money fast, but the return service is bad. I initiated the return and they told me i didnt, although i have a label with tracking number that the goods are dellivered.
I was automatically transferred to UPS site and they picked it up.
It is bad if you want to return something. My son loves the Nike brand, but i will stop buying it, as should be “swosh” also by the service.
Nike doesnt care about the buyers, just make sure they have the money ! Better buy Addidas, New Balance or maybe something else … dont go for Nike if you need to return something.
They have even given me nonexsisting number in Slovenia, i have a screen schot!

You walk into a store wearing a tracksuit with another brand's logo pasted all over it and other customers loyal to Nike shoot you a nasty glance (Ouch!) something I once did back in the day. However, this old dude has done it, seen it, and gotten just about all the tee shirts so enjoy the show folks as I save my Nike for performance only. Like their logo says, just do it, something many of you don't do. However, never one to judge anymore, so, wear their "LOGO" with pride as |I do as it's the only brand whereby they acknowledge our efforts with a TICK possibly something they might not be aware of. Nah, I'm not that smart. So, where was I? This visit to the Nikes store in the Designer Outlet in Wembley was to purchase a tracksuit for someone with a very tight budget. So, I mentioned to a store attendant (Who by the way I should have asked for his name as he was very knowledgeable of their stock) about a tracksuit I'd purchased about a month and he knew exactly where they had been displayed but they'd sold out. That said. He then took me to another rail displaying a tracksuit just slightly over my budget but like any bargain hunter chose to think about it while I browsed other stores within the outlet. It wasn't long before I returned hoping to come across this exceptional Nike warrior so I could thank him for his time as he was extremely busy merchandising the shop when I happened upon him. However, as I mentioned before the store is full of mostly young and talented individuals that do the brand proud by offering not only great customer care but also a warm genuine smile to all their customers. Again, that said. Having such a huge amount of talent to choose from Kevin Gomez shone brighter for not only remembering the 1st time our paths crossed and pointing out the self-service till he helped me on despite me looking very different from that day in question he pointed out the item that was selected for me by his colleague was a store level promotion so wasn't the actual price on the tag. 😀😂🤣😆😁🤩🤓🤗😊😉😃😅😍😄Thank you Kevin and also the Nike family at The Designer Outlet in Wembley.
