The shop staff in leicester Are rude and see a cue outside and it is already a minute past the opening time and they decide to go and get a coffee and say another 5-10mins before opening. Obviously don’t need the business

I have just returned from the Nike Store in Croydon.
I was served by Isiah (Izzy).
I just want to say that in my 25yrs of store management, I was very impressed with Isiah.
He was polite,informative and happy to search on line for me.
Unfortunately they didn't have my size so I was unable to make a purchase but I will be back. Purely because of the excellent service I received.
Most importantly, his mannerisms were impeccable.
Well done Izzy, you are a credit to the store. Thank you

The nike application is being abused by resellers! As soon as a trendy shoe comes out, they hoard them! You should create a system to prevent the products to just be in the hands of the resellers as soon as it comes out to build a healthy environment!

J ai commander un sweat pour mon fils la taille ne correspond pas .
Je demande un remboursement j'étais les démarches comme il nous propose de déposer dans un relais.
Malheureusement le colis est arrivé vide.
Au bout de 3 semaines j'appelle et la on me dis que le colis est vide et que je serai pas remboursé et que je n'avais pas à envoyer par relais.
Que la prochaine fois je fasse par là poste .
Donc je ne serai pas remboursé
Je pense que l'enseigne nike doit avoir une assurance.
Donc j'ai perdu 60 euros .

J’achète un sweat pour un anniversaire, pas d’alerte stock bas ni quoi que ce soit. Un mail pour dire que la commande aura du retard et maintenant un nouveau pour dire que l’article est épuisé. Une excuse ? Un code de réduction en dédommagement ? Quedal

Compte piraté… réponse de Nike : »on peut rien faire » c’est totalement inadmissible d’une entreprise comme Nike. Aucune sécurité pour le changement d’e-mail client et aucune solution pour régler le probleme. Ça va se finir avec une plainte à la CNIL.

Pour obtenir une remise, je commande une paire de basket assortie d’un t-shirt.
Je suis informé qu’un des deux articles est en rupture. Ah bon … et on m’envoie le T-Shirt.
L’article est quelconque. Il est trop grand. Le col baille … Je l’ai renvoyé et j’attends le remboursement (plus de 50 euros pour un t-shirt ultra bas de gamme).
Nike me déçoit terriblement.
Il ne suffit pas de faire de la publicité. Il faut d’abord assurer sur la qualité. Et sincèrement, j’ai de très sérieuses réserves sur ce point. Cela fait plusieurs années que cette marque n’est plus du tout à la hauteur des attentes des consommateurs.
Du coup… baskets en rupture. OK. J’ai acheté des ASICS quantum 360 et là … miracle 😀… mais pourquoi n’y avaits-je pas pensé plus tôt. Elles sont juste beaucoup beaucoup beaucoup mieux en tout point que les NIKE air de la même gamme. Incroyable.
Heureusement 😅 qu’il y a eut cette rupture de stock chez NIKE !!!

Received my item and the trainers were all scuffed around the heal, the underneath if both trainers also looked unclean, also noticed specs of dust on the trainers which you do not expect from trainers worth £144. Contacted the agent who failed to give a name and when I asked if they are willing to provide a gesture of goodwill due to the poor quality and inconvience I just got to to return them, I shared that I thought they would want happy customers and to provide a quality product over a poor review the agent just ended the chat.

Llegar el viernes el pedido ya que era para un regalo y hoy lunes aún no ha llegado y encima os llamo y me dice que llame yo a UPS que estos pasan de todo lo normal es que lo solucionéis vosotros que os las he comprado ....y encima ni puedo anular el pedido y na ....voy a ir a la oficina de consumidor a denunciarlo

Do not expect that Nike will deliver your order in a timely fashion. You pay more for the products through their site and you can find cheaper online but I (wrongly) assumed that going to source would mean I would be assured to get my shoes in time for my race. Nope. 21 days for delivery (assuming they arrive by the time stated.) The original delivery time has been and gone and they did not have the courtesy to keep me informed, I had to contact them to find out what the problem is. Not cool Nike!

Problem with Nike trainers, Couldn't find original receipt but had bank statement with transaction on it which Nike said they would accept. However I had redacted all of my other transactions/balance apart from the one needed so Nike are refusing this. They want to see my statement with all the transactions viewable. Can you believe this? Why do they feel it is necessary to see my other transactions. Now they are refusing to honour their Nike guarantee and have declined it all because they can't see what I have been spending my money on elsewhere. The statement has my name and address/bank details /transaction - what more do they need? Nike customer service stinks. When I think of all the money I have spent on Nike products I am one unhappy customer - in fact I am furious!! Their customer service are useless and keep moving the goalposts for returns
Nike you need to get your act together and treat your customers right

Menuda decepción casi 7 años comprando todos los días y llevo unas zapatillas a descambiar porque en un lado de la suela está descolorido y me las puse 3 veces contadas.emcima no saben atender a los clientes con chulería y desgradable

2 sets van 3 paar sokken besteld op 8 mei. Nooit ontvangen, maar bedrag wel afgeschreven. Na ruim 3 weken eerste keer gebeld (= nu 3 weken geleden) iets verkeerd gegaan bij de bestelling… bestelling geannuleerd (kreeg hier iets later standaard e-mail van) en afschrift opgestuurd van de afschrijving als bewijs. Na een week nog geen geld terug. Weer gebeld, zelfde verhaal, na weer een week zelfde verhaal, nu weer een week later (en 3x afschrift gemaild) nog steeds mijn geld niet terug. Echt zwaar teleurgesteld. Bestel nooit meer iets bij Nike!

Ik heb nu al weken gemaild, gebeld en gechat om een bedrag van € 35,98 terug te krijgen dat is afgeschreven van mijn rekening naar die van Nike voor een bestelling die ze niet hebben geleverd en ook erkend hebben dat er iets mis is gegaan. Ik heb meerdere keren het bewijs van afschrijving toegezonden en vervolgens hoor ik gewoon niks meer en ook wordt het bedrag maar niet teruggestort. Waarom is dat zo moeilijk?! Ik ga aangifte doen van oplichting. Schandalig, dit kan echt niet!

Bought a pair of shoes, was walking out of the store and a store employee kicked a football right into the shopping bag and sprained my husbands wrist. It hit him so hard that the bag fell out of his hand and flew across the floor. And the employee just smiled casually and got back to more football kicking. Absolute health and safety hazard with kids around.

This is the 4th time the payment review team has canceled my order stating that the billing address is different for my financial institution. I called my financial institution to see if the system was showing a different address. My Address is correct!

Nike app not working for months.
Have uninstall, reinstalled, cleared cache and data, logged out, logged in... give up.
Payment never goes through despite all being correct...ridiculous.
