Happy with the service. They communicated with me through out the whole process from initially confirming all the part shapes/ compatibility directly via email pictures to keeping me up to date on when the parts were sent out and the relevant tracking info being forwarded to me on time. Overall experience is a very good one and I have recommended NiceDeals to my family and friends. 5 stars from me.

My Mercedes T1 Front Panel and 2 Wings arrived a week after ordering. They had to be ordered on special order. I'm happy to have saved a fortune because the dealership wanted to skin me alive for the same parts.

Ordered a pair of eyebrows. Waited a month, nothing. Emailed, they said they would get back to me, they didn't. Emailed again. They re ordered the part. Another month later... Nothing. Emailed, said they'd get back to me. Didn't, emailed again. Sane as before. Gave up and asked for a refund. Useless!

The front wing arrived after 1 month and was in such bad order it's the worst wing we have ever had off a company it looked like it had been made in a back garden shed. No refund and poor after sales communication. Told us to send it back and pay our own postage costs but they only have po box address which couriers don't deliver too. Asked them for a different address or even if they can have a courier collect it but no response at all after several emails. Don't buy off these they are dodgy as hell hence why they have a po box address and no tel no. Luckily I paid on my credit card so it's guaranteed!

couldn't find a front panel for my old Merc T1 van. Got a NiceDeals from these guys, good price and a great quality item.

Check their T&C's as not very clear "Mistakes from the customers side may result in the customer having to pay the additional delivery charges and any other costs involved."
I ordered part and received incorrect, they don't want to refund postage, raised with PayPal. Don't use their discount for payment via bank transfer cause you won't get money back! The best way is to not to use them at all. Part for me has been despatched from Poland, it took 7 working days and was incorrect! Very poor communication, dodgy company, don't even give phone number and reply for emails after at least a day. Everyone who had a problem with them should contact trade standards. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Dig a little bit and you'll find a better deal!

I asked them for a front panel for my car, gave them make model and reg they send panel that looked different to me but hey im no mechanic, BUT I QUESTIONED THEM THE DAY THE PANEL ARRIVED to be told it was the correct panel, I had to wait a while to get the panel fitted due to work and needing other parts and then get a call from the mechanic to say it was not the right panel so the car is in bits and i have to get another panel from main dealer, Following day e-mail Nicedeals to be told bad luck you waited too long to tell us and suppliers wont take it back now???TOO LONG i told them the day it arrived it looked wrong to me...well lets see took advice from Citizens advice bureau and going to file claim with small claims court, its not the value of the panel but principle that i had to take advice from them as to correct part and either them or supplier supplied wrong one SO TELL ME IM WRONG BUT I THINK THAT MAKES THEM ACCOUNTABLE

I placed my order on 09/April/2013, paid the day after and I was supposed to have my item in 3-5 days. I received my item after 2 weeks (on 2/May/2013). My item is absolutely fine. I'll be glad to buy again. Thanks a lot guys ;)

1) I expected Nicedeals to solve the problem of the despatch delay faster
2) I should have a tracking number for my order

Good, but it took several e-mails to sort out what I wanted. They kept trying to sell me another product that I didn't need or want. I will deal with them again, as once the order was placed it all proceeded as planned. ( Vitte Sur Briance FRANCE )

Placed order on May 30th. Asked every week updates about the order that was always supposed to be dispatched "tomorrow". Replies were garbage. Got a partial refund 3 weeks later because one of the item hasn't arrived at their warehouse yet. Then I never received the other item, even if they told me they shipped it. Of course, they said they shipped it but were unable to give me a tracking number... Then I opened a claim on Paypal to get my money back because I realized I was scammed. Suddenly they said they had the proof the package was delivered at my address! I thought you didn't have a tracking number wtf? How do you know the item was delivered then? Totally non sense and garbage service. Paypal gave me my money back today. I'm glad I paid with Paypal. Those guys are scams. If you don't know how to ship overseas, then don't do it, if you ever sent something...
