we can afford email staff only - sorry. If you would like to pay more for the same parts and have a full dedicated phone line staff perhaps we could arrange that.
Our policy clearly states that returns are accepted on parts in accordance with long distance selling regulations. If a mistake has been made by the customer in ordering the incorrect part, we are unable to refund the delivery charges. If the mistake has been made by us in sending incorrect items out, we will issue a full refund.
wrong part for my car
ordered a part for my car gave my car reg and the part i wanted and got the wrong part for my car now have no way of sending it back so now have a wing for a car i dont have

THERE ISN'T A STAR LOW ENOUGH
I would not give this company a rating at all they dont deserve to be able to trade online. I ordered a bumper in january2010 and was informed that delivery would be 5 to 7 working days,after many emils and contacting tradind standards i recieved the bumper 5 months later. When the company eventually answered any emails there was always an excuse or a promise of delivery the coming week, like other customers reviews my next option was to sue and take them to court.I also got in touh with watchdog a BBC comsumer programme. This company also has a telephone number which is always unobtainable. I found the tradind standards office very helpful and would urge others to inform them of any complaints, the lady i spoke to looked at the web site and said it didn't look very professional. I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AGAIN ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND AFTER REQUESTING MY MONEY BACK SEVERAL TIMES THEY DIDNT RESPOND. I WOULD NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A STAR RATING AT ALL

var veldig treg levering men fikk med en ekstra lykt :) så anbefales med tanke på pris vertfall bare +++ ( was a bit slow delivery but received an extra lamp:) as recommended in terms of price decline is only + + + )
