Hi, I have bought a body kit for my seat on March 2010 but never received the items. All started first with excuses from (PERSON RESPONDING THE EMAILS) 1. I should be patient because deliveries were taking time 2. the bank holidays. 3 vulcano...and so on!!!! I have tried in several occasions to contact Nicedeals.co.uk but never manage to get clarification of the all situation. Finally after all those excuses I have discover that Items sold to me by Nicedeals.co.uk are not made in uk but come from abroad. After insisting with Nicedeals thru emails ( because not even phone number they disclose) I have received an email (invoice )from company abroad which after I have contacted the persons they not aware about the items that nicedeals confirms that have order. Avoid this company because all you going to get is stress and Cheap prices that atract the public but on the end, all they do is rip off your money and dont even feel guilty for doing it.
Only hope now will be with solicitor/court. but I will make sure that even if have to spend same amount or more that I have spent with Nicedeals.co.uk they wont be doing what they have done to me to other people.

I PAY FOR MY GOODS AND I DIDNT REVEIVE THEM.I TRYED TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL,BCZ THEY DONT HAVE PHONE NUMBER,BUT THEY DONT ANSWER.THEY DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT PEOPLE,THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.

This is the first time I have ever rated a company but had such a bad experience I had to warn others!!

I ignored the bad reviews but wish I hadnt!! I ordered a bonnet and received a damaged one, after complaining and many emails from myself I was sent a replacement bonnet but that was damaged also!! After ALOT of chasing up the first bonnet was picked up but I am still left with a damaged bonnet and they will no longer reply to my emails and conveniently do not have a contact number to phone.

I assume if they get it right first time you will be okay but wish I hadnt taken the chance!!!!!!! I am going to have to consider court action now!

They had by far the best deals for my bumper & wing through the internet, has a life time warrenty (though manufactures defaults) and came fairly quickly. also was a good p&p price.

just a quick update, i have now received a full refund for faulty incorrect product and was done quickly. Apart from wrong product company has been very good.

Originally ordered a bumper on the 19th of september and payed via paypal. They replied saying I couldn't have the goods delivered to the bodyshop that my car is at. So they recommended paying via google checkout. Re-ordered on the 30th of september. Still haven't received the bumper and despite numerous e-mails through their site, Google checkout, and my own address, still no progress.

After demanding a refund 3 times I got a reply saying they would get me a tracking number ASAP, which they didn't do. Reported the site to google checkout who in turn contacted them. Again another reply saying they would get me a tracking number. Emailed them again demanding my money back and no reply.

To be perfectly honest I don't know how they survive as a business with that complete lack of communication and customer service. I've tried to get hold of a contact number but every lead I get is a dead end. All I can find is the owner Mr Imran Ameen who is registered as a sole trader. Considering taking legal action.

Stay well away from this business. It seems to be hit and miss and I well and truly missed.

I ordered a pair of headlights from NiceDeals which, according to the website description should have fitted my car - they didn't and NiceDeals had no alternative to offer.

First off, the website description was inaccurate, incomplete and misleading, second, they took almost a month to refund me (after much badgering) and didn't refund the postage costs.

Now this experience 'only' cost me 20 quid in postage, but there's no excuse for a badly written description and a complete lack of responsibility in providing adequate customer service.

I've reported the site to the Office of Fair Trading in the UK and I'd advise any potential purchasers to be very wary of their product descriptions.
