This is such a lovely store to visit. The staff are so welcoming and friendly you feel right at home, and what a beautiful home it would be. There's lots of inspiration in the room sets and expert styling. Even if you're not looking for furniture
it's well worth a trip.

Warm, welcoming and sooo relaxing.
The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.
They are total experts in home design and styling. I have had the expertise of Debbie and Mandy doing exactly this for me personally! Such a lovely fun time has been had!

Great sales poor after sales
Stores look lovely people are nice without being pushy...good start.
Products seem really nice... until you get yours delivered.
Clearly no products being checked before they are received in the UK or before delivered.
Olivia Sofa and 2 armchairs.
Large sofa 2 seat pads dropped in about 1 week eventually sent us another with 3 pads much better with good seat pads
Two identical armchairs (1 very nice the other soft and lumpy )that despite 8 attempts they cannot get 2 to match!!
Seat paddings completely different across 2 armchairs and sofa.
Eventually they admitted defeat and sent me a goodwill partial refund for time/ inconvience etc
Had to email MD to get this moving.
Now refusing to accept warranty claim on an armchair 3 months old where the seams have come apart from the chair frame.!
I have invited senior staff to visit to see first hand to see our issues, this has always been declined.
From order to today 18 months of hassle.
If like us you work hard for your money and want to treat yourselves avoid buying from Neptune.
I believe customer service try their hardest but are let down by non existent quality control.
Neptune delivery guys always a credit to themselves, respectful clean and tidy with deliveries.

I am very sorry that you feel you have received poor customer experience from us and in particular with the quality of your products.
After delivery of your sofa and armchairs we were in regular communication to resolve the seat pad issue for you providing a variety of solutions. As you've mentioned, we reached a suitable resolution which you were happy with.
Last week I understand you reported a issue with one of the armchairs, which we immediately responded to by organising a Homeserve visit to rectify this as soon as possible. And I understand they are attending this week to resolve the problem.
I thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and we will continue to liaise with you directly after Homeserve have visited.

I have just had my kitchen completed by…
I have just had my kitchen completed by Neptune Colchester. I had the guiding hand of Rebekah who led me patiently through the options and very tolerant with my changing of mind over areas, always caring and thoughtful. I also had the help of Debbie who again was so kind and nothing was too much trouble . I now have a stunningly designed kitchen. All the girls in the showroom were so attentive . Overall an excellent experience. Thank you.

9/10/22 table delivered ,two men were polite and courteous,however disappointed to find upon assembly completion dent in top of table.assured this would be addressed asap. Lady from your company tried to get us to accept table at a discount (felt she was waiting for us to suggest a price) said no thanks wanted replacement.table came 23/10/22 this time no problem hooray!!
