Useless service time as the number 35 regularly is late or does not even show up. I know ALOT of people will share the same feelings as me. It is ridiculous for all of us who have to get to work on time wich is a gamble with the 35s, even when you get an earlier bus it will always be delayed and never run on time although the roads are empty at this time there is no reasonable explanation as to how this can be. IF IT IS actually running on time you can garuntee they will leave before the designated arrival time at the bus station effecting everyone trying to get to work. Especially us health care workers (wichcis alot of your morning passengers) as us being late is detrimental to the running of shifts, wards and fellow staff.

Crap bus service, 11 bus service don’t turn up, don’t rely on it, crap bus service for a crap city. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, but this site won’t let me put zero stars

I am so fed up of nct not providing a regular bus service.my bus at 703 every morning is regularly late or like today does not turn up at all.it's always this bus at this time which is missing.you contact them and have to wait up to 10days for a reply only for a feeble excuse about why it was missing.it is always this bus at this time which missing.there is obviously a recurring problem so why are they not sorting it out.it's an absolute disgrace.they should be ashamed of themselves.

We see the buses drivers talking outside the buses when they're already late.

So, NCT have put their fare prices up today. Buses that are constantly running late or missing altogether. The 'real time' information at the stops are a complete joke. Many of the drivers - predominantly middle-aged and older males - are incredibly rude and arrogant. The buses are frequently absolutely filthy, which is not surprising given the drivers allow people on drinking from cans and bottles and eating fast-food. Buses are not cleaned at the end of the day, I've sometimes caught the same bus as I was on the previous day, and the same mess is still there untouched. There was no effective 'distancing' measures put in place during the height of the pandemic.

Best thing that could happen is for another bus company to start operating in Nottingham as happened some years ago with the outfit based in Sheffield. At that time, NCT couldn't do enough for it's customers.

A white young male driver, with long greasy hair and glasses yelled “YOU B1TCH” to me as I got off the 28 nct bus. Never seen this man before in my life!!!!! But Nct ofcourse don’t want to admit to anything or be held accountable for their actions so ofcourse they checked the cctv and found ‘nothing’. I then gave them more details of the incident and they then accused me of lying. I’m getting so sick and tired of nct drivers attitudes! Even coming down to the drivers constantly glaring/ giving dirty looks! Grow up all of you! all in all nct REALLY needs to be shut down :)

I’ve never had a problem with the buses, sure they run off schedule, and sometimes the little time due thing lies when your bus is due, but it wasn’t something that bothered me.

That is until today I got lip and attitude from the driver this morning. I catch the 89 double decker every morning at 7:50 and they gave me attitude because I stopped them when there was a single decker in front of them. Given covid and that the single decker had double the people the double did, I, like many others, would rather get on the empty double decker. The attitude the driver gave was as if I had done something inhuman and that I would be the reason the bus was late. Excuse me? The bus is on schedule, the bus in front is the one either running early or late!

The icing on the cake is the freaking bus had to stop anyway! Let’s take the driver’s argument that I was somehow going to bring mayhem to their schedule. A lady got off at the stop, so how was my jumping on going make it anymore late?
Giving me the attitude and lip took up just as much time as me getting on scanning my card.

Absolutely disgusted I had to start my day like that. Maybe it was because I looked young, maybe nctx hates kids. Maybe it was because I wasn’t white. Maybe nctx are racist. But definitely they don’t give a toss about one having a valid reason, because of covid, to jump on an empty bus. They definitely don’t give a toss about the pandemic anymore. I hope the driver was just having a bad day, but this morning they were an absolute dick.

Chris was very polite, friendly and greeted everyone personally this morning excellent customer service and he has represented the company in a very good light and this deserves recognition !! :)

Me amd my partner came into town to watch the Euro finals left our pub with plenty of time to find NCT had cancelled its buses and missing the the last tramA taxi was our only option but at nearly 50 pounds this was unacceptable. How can NCT a major transport link for people leave so many people abandoned. Absolutely disgusting

I have caught this bus almost everyday for 3 years. Within that time I have been let down multiple times by the company. Most notably: roadworks on, wouldn't let me catch bus on next stop down route; overcharging for a single and refusing to allow me to board when I've asked for a return; constantly late; all drivers are thick bar 3 or 4; nearly been in many accidents due to the drivers idiocy; drivers have missed my stop completely, list could go on. Considering your customers pay your wages, the company needs to start putting customers first. Terrible service and the customer service is even worse. Only use out of necessity, not through choice. Avoid, walk, and enjoy the brisk British weather instead - and you'll get there faster than with these buffoons.

I left my shopping on the bus. And it was arranged for me to collect my lost property, from the NCT travel centre at market square. When I arrived, the manager told me, that my property had been disposed of. They threw away non perishable items. They breached their lost property policy, which states, they will hold non perishable items of property, for 21 days. Please be warned, NCT are discarding of lost property, because they cant be bothered, to keep hold of it, in accordance with their own policy.

Useless, never on time, real-time can 1 minute say bus due in 2 minutes then next it's 6 minutes, 79/79a/79b definitely the worst, a few times I've put my hand out but it's not stopped, majority are friendly but get the odd 1 or 2 that are really rude.

-10 Stars. Buses are never on time. Bus drivers haven’t got any manners or respect whatsoever even starting arguments with passengers and swearing at them. Since the virus the bus drivers have been allowing the bus to be packed and every single seat is taken up by someone and there’s people stood upstairs and downstairs. There’s also particularly rude drivers on the route 28.

Bus company ok but if you want to use wifi,don’t bother you’ll mess about trying to get logged in lose 20% battery and end up nearly missing your stop; all for nothing😡

Took the bus today and while some measures are in place to protect the driver there is nothing for the passengers.
Would be nice if you ensure the seating is labelled or cordoned in some way to ensure travellers are 2 meters apart.

Government guidelines obviously don’t apply to nct...
I’m a key worker, currently on my way to work and the bus is near enough full!
No social distancing measures taken, just let any amount of people on.
It’s disgusting.

You need to consider people who are trying to get home from work and you say that it is down to the coronavirus have you checked on your boss who has bought it back to this city .and people who are waiting to get home from from work are going to suffer pollution from people who are smoking and waiting 3 hours for a bus exscuse me while go visit my dead brother at wilford hill cemetery which was down to your buses that you say have not changed much over the years

I can't believe how this service is taking full advantage of people! They are charging £10 for a family group rider before 9:30! Normally £6....ripping people off! Disgusting.
