Their DNS works but is plain bad, and you should use cloudflare instead and their registration cost is insane, I ended up paying £50 for a single year of a .COM domain whereas it is ~£8 on Cloudflare
Then they made me pay to transfer the domain out

Technical Support are very helpful
Technical Support are very helpful. They collected suitable information and investigated the problem we were having and discovered there was an issue in their own backend system which they then fixed and told me about. Refreshing to encounter transparency and honesty like that.

The help and advice I received over the…
The help and advice I received over the phone this morning was very helpful and it has restored my email address. But I tried phoning many times yesterday - 29th July 2026 - and could not get through, or I got through and was cut off: very frustrating.
And now I come to reset my passport. I am told that I have 2 hours to do this from 10.40. I start to do it at 12.05 and I'm told I am out of time! So not good.
Telephone help good, the rest not so good.

Kyle was amazing and got me back on to my email but despite numerous calls to customer care I have been unable to access the Control panel now for over a month. I an deeply disappointed in the failure of your system.

Hidden Fees
Cheap initial domain registrations, but they then whack you with steep renewal prices, and a £12 exit fee if you want to leave, which is technically against ICANN regulations. This is all despite advertising no hidden fees. Avoid like the plague!

Outrageous cost
Outrageous cost! They advertise they give .co.uk domains for free for a year but then they really ramp up their fees far beyond anything reasonable. Two years down and I'm paying £53.39 up from £4.79 in the first year for one year renewal of my domain name. And if you want to transfer to another provider they charge you £12 per domain name - no other provider charges to change providers and my new provider charges a flat rate every year for less than $10!!!

We're sorry that you felt the process was difficult, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
One of the worst service providers
One of the worst service providers I have dealt with. My bysiness website has been down for a week. I raised a ticket and have chased them every day. It is still down with no updates from their side. I am loosing customers at a result. Now I have no option but to go with another service provider. I am so disappointed with their services. Their technical support is rubbish with no support at all.

For the first time
For the first time, I’ve had a website compromised, and the support I received — particularly from Jomin Jose — was outstanding. I was guided through the entire recovery process with clear, well‑written instructions that were easy to follow. When I accidentally uploaded files to the wrong folder, the guidance back on track was gentle, clear, and very helpful.
The restore went smoothly, and the follow‑up communication was excellent.
A genuinely first‑class service. 10/10.
