The staff member was prompt in explaining what needed to be done and the support was successful hitch free.
He is a calm person and listened to my complaint without putting any pressure on me.

Whether it’s been complex technical issues, new IT features or support and administration of my user account. The staff have always been friendly, understanding when I had been a bit out of the loop, and, above all, patient!

Their DNS works but is plain bad, and you should use cloudflare instead and their registration cost is insane, I ended up paying £50 for a single year of a .COM domain whereas it is ~£8 on Cloudflare
Then they made me pay to transfer the domain out

Technical Support are very helpful
Technical Support are very helpful. They collected suitable information and investigated the problem we were having and discovered there was an issue in their own backend system which they then fixed and told me about. Refreshing to encounter transparency and honesty like that.
