Customer Service at Moose Toys was polite, personal, had a friendly, up beat personality, and found us a solution fast. They followed through as promised. So nice to see that from a large company! Isn't that what we all want when a child has a favorite toy and runs into an issue that interrupts creative play? We are grateful! Thank you! Customers for life!

Was gifted a blue water toy for Christmas but hadn’t opened it until June and found a part missing, contacted Moose toys online if there was anything the could do and they was super helpful and managed to find the part that was missing and sent it out to me. Once it arrived I gave it to my little one and she was jumping for joy once she got the missing part. Thank you for all the help

I recently purchased several Mr Beast Lab Hybrids products and had to contact Moose Toys over the weekend regarding an issue.

I am genuinely impressed by how quickly and professionally everything was resolved today. Their customer service team was kind, efficient, and truly helpful throughout the entire process.

It is rare nowadays to receive such excellent support, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.

We purchased a toy with parts that can be disassembled. Some of the parts did not fit as securely as we expected based on the other figures in the series. We contacted customer service to explain the problem. The initial reply gave us a few suggestions to fix the problem and asked for a few pics to better understand the problem. Once pictures were submitted, the customer service team sent out a replacement product without issue. I appreciate the care they took with question and the timeliness of their response. I would highly recommend dealing with moose toys.

WOW! Not only do we LOVE the Bluey Games from Moose Toys (they are well-made, fun, and easy to play for 4-6 year olds, but fun for grown-ups too! Oh yeah, and well priced too), but their customer service rocks! On a whim, I contacted them because we lost a piece from the very fun Bluey Shopping Cart game, and not only were they very responsive, they sent me a replacement free of charge. So instead of having to thrown out our game and buy a new one, our sustainably focused family gets to keep enjoying the one we have with little waste.
We are so pleased with this company and are happy to be Moose Toy customers!!

I purchased Chloe toy from Bluey toy line and the figure has a tilt, thus causing it to not be able to stand. My daughter was saddened by this occurrence and I contacted Moose Toys customer service with a proof of purchase, photo, and video.

Shortly after I received a personal response. Moose reassured me that the situation will be fixed to the best of their ability. Then, they contacted us with a replacement figure. My daughter is over the moon with pure joy about having the new figure. Happy ending.

Congratulations to companies out there that truly care and stand by their products. It's a rare thing in this world, but a true gem.

I love everything this company makes, but what I hate is that they removed the Shopkins. WE NEED MORE SHOPKINS!!!! It is true that it was at season 17, but I like to collect and I couldn’t get every season when they came out, but now even old seasons from the past aren’t in a actual store anymore?!?!? Like at least go until season 20. Heck I even was okay with “Real littlies” BUT THATS GONE TOO!?! I really hope moosetoys sees this and brings BACK the Shopkins or Real Littlies. I dont want to be a hater but please can they bring back either one? (Im a big fan dont take this meanly)

Money went to bin !
We bought a slime for £10 which wasn't suitable to use after 48hrs !!!! It was kept in the small box attached but after 2 days of was completely dry, all toys started falling out if it ! Scam do not buy ! Wasting of money as you can play not more then 2 days

Asked for a replacement for a defective toy. CS rep said that the item was discontinued and they left me without a resolution.

My daughter loves Cookeez Makery toys. I recently had a very small issue and reached out to customer service. They were kind and helpful. Even sent my daughter a surprise in the mail. What a great company!

Those dolls ou are selling with the button on their privates are disgusting and you all need you hard drives checked

We unfortunately received a broken toy at Christmas and then purchased another one which had the same issue, which was really disappointing. However, Moose Toys’ customer service was excellent — they responded quickly, sent out a replacement plushie without any hassle, and even included an extra little surprise for my daughter. While the initial issue was frustrating, the customer service experience was fantastic. Thank you!
