Quality of toy was just OK. Loved the design but wished the board was better quality.

Very nice product. Timely. Child loves it.

A great reminder for my grandchildren of the things they have to do at bedtime. My favorite was the next to last: get tucked in :-)

I bought two of the Montessori busy boards because they stated they were made in the USA. The back of the board is clearly stamped Made in Ha Noi, Vietnam.

We ordered a Christmas gift for our niece at the beginning of December. We immediately got shipping tracking information but for several weeks it just said "label created" and "USPS awaiting package." It ended up not getting to us before our family Christmas party. The quality was nice and it looks great, just order extra early before you plan to give the gift.

Customer service was amazing, quick response from a real person! The Christmas ornaments exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love them!

Do not order from this company unless you have a few weeks to wait for your item to be delivered even though they advertise next day shipping, they do not ship next day but instead do a pre shipping label. Customer service is horrible and just keeps asking you to be patient ? How can you be patient when you order for Christmas and they then tell you it will be here on the 27 th ? Last I knew Christmas was on the 25th not the 27th. I made sure to only order because it is on their website “ next day shipping” then after when I looked on the progress and emailed them I was told that it takes 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS to make and then another 5-7 BUSINESS days to receive! Where was all that info when they were advertising to get orders for Christmas?
Been dealing with Vanessa in customer service and she could care less that it won’t be here till after Christmas even when I explained to her that her website was very misleading and she should let the customers know that if you order anything here, it will NOT be shipped the next day and you will have atleast a two week time period for your orders. That would have been nice to know ahead of time and I would have NEVER ordered from them. I guess they don’t care about the customer and will continue to just get orders and your money. Look elsewhere because this company is very misleading and it’s not about the time it takes but more the way they mislead you and then could care less if you get the order in time or not. Very disappointed and will NEVER order here again!!

I ordered 2 items a piggy bank and a baby first ornament. Neither have arrived and says label was created Dec 10th and has not changed in the tracking I have emailed twice with no response I have called with no answer and texted and got no reply. Is this company even real?

Well... If they had the option for pictures to be uploaded, you'd see why spending the $$ here is a WASTE. The paint is peeling off the letters just from the CHEAP tape used to hold the letters in place. I ordered and paid for a name puzzle with animals and sounds. What i got was a wooden name plate in primary colors with paint chips missing, NO ANIMALS. NO SOUNDS. NOT AT ALL HAPPY.

I have ordered many ornaments and been happy. This time around tgere was a mistake where i was given the "our 1st christmas" house instead of "merry christmas". I have emailed and called but havent heard a response yet on how we can fix it.

I ordered an ornament for my grandson and what I received is not what I ordered. I left a message for someone to return my call to fix the problem and never received a call back. Very disappointed.

I was a bit skeptical ordering my nephew’s name puzzle from here but this was an amazing gift, really high quality and vibrant colors! Loved it!
