I placed an order as a gift for a friends grandchild. Smart Kids Planet followed up to confirm the address and order. While everything was correct I responded to the email to request that the invoice not be included as it was a gift and there was no gift option at checkout.

I received a quick and friendly response saying they would be happy to honor my request. I have not actually seen the item but given the great way I’ve been treated I expect their products to be great too.

I was surprised to find this company is not an authorized dealer for LeapFrog. We had a problem with one of LeapFrog’s globes and had to call LeapFrog only to learn they are under no obligation to help us trouble shoot as we didn’t purchase the globe from an authorized source. When we contacted Smart Kids Planet they apologized, indicated they have no control over the manufacturers policies but eventually agreed to partially reimburse us for the cost of the item.

Smart Kids Planet has many of the best educational playtime gifts for children. Their team of professionals (esp. Donna) are fast to answer all questions and truly care about making every customers' experience a positive one, Shipping is very timely too. Thank you all for making our one-year old family members' birthday party a success!

I never received my package. They sent a photo of the product when it was "delivered," and it had Amazon packaging. Donna claimed they use Amazon's shipping service and do drop shipping from Amazon. However, the products they list on their website can also be found on Amazon's website for less. I asked for a refund because I never got the product in the first place, which is their "The Wonderful World of Learning," which costs 190 on their website (I paid over 200 due to shipping). Upon further research, the same product can be found for a fraction of the cost. I would never recommend this website to someone else. I will never buy another item from here myself.

Ordering was simple and products had good reviews. I was nervous about the tracking at first and could not seem to locate updates using the number given. I reached out to customer care via email and received a timely response from Donna. She was understanding and upbeat...gave me an update and the link I needed to track my package. My order was delivered on time and IN time for my G-son's birthday. Very pleased. Looking forward to seeing him have fun with this.

We had an issue with a toy purchased through Smart Kids, and they were very helpful in getting it replaced quickly. Their customer service has been very helpful.

After receiving the wrong items the first time. I contacted the company and was sent free return labels. I was sent the correct items. Donna was very responsive on email.

Needless to say, Smart Kids Planet provides quality products for children of all ages. However, the backbone of any company is its employees. I recently reached out to SKP regarding an order, and although the error was determined to be on my end, Customer Service Representative, Donna Wilson, patiently worked with me to resolve the issue. She was extremely courteous, attentive, and prompt in her responses. It was truly a positive experience. Thank you, Donna.

I ordered laptop. Preschool Learning activities, a birthday gift for my granddaughter! Unfortunately, I had thought it got lost but Donna replied to my email and gave information and I was able to locate it.
Their customer services is top notch!
I will be ordering soon for my grandkids.

Thank you for understanding the problem with the return and know that I appreciate your kind willingness to refund me for the entire amount despite it never showing up. Donna, was always very polite in our correspondences and neither of us understand the confusion by UPS. I was so excited to give the game to my grandson so to find out that he already had one was disappointing. I have bought from you before and after that game and it has always been a pleasure to do business with you. The games and toys etc all look amazing and I’m sure are pleasing to all those who purchase them.

I love this company! The coolest toys and games that are thoughtfully chosen, lots of options to choose from - Ive bought such interesting, fun gifts that I haven't seen anywhere else! The Customer Service is amazing - Donna was so helpful when I needed to make a change on an order. Very happy customer here!

My original review is below but I'm providing an update...less than 24hrs after posting a 1 star review, I received an email from SKP. The summary is that they only use Amazon's shipping service and are not drop shipping from Amazon. True or not, it's a bad look when my order arrives is the packaging we're all too familiar with. They did make amends given the feedback I provided.

The description and pictures online are very good. The arrangements by age, make it easy to choose the correct items for all the children in your life. Ordering was easy.

I made a last minute Christmas purchase for my 6 year old grandson who has a love of the solar system. The puzzle and solar projector arrived quickly. The quality is great and best of all my grandson loved both gifts. Thank you.

Donna has been absolutely great in helping me return a rock tumbler that I had already purchased a year prior for my grandson. She has worked diligently to ensure my refund. Donna has treated me with dignity concern and knowledge. Her friendly outgoing personality has made the lengthy experience very pleasant. She instantly inspired trust in her ability to expedite my request. Donna should be greatly valued as a superior employee. Thank you Donna.

This was an expensive purchase but well worth it! The quality is exceptional. So many options to intrigue inquisitive little minds. My 6 month old grandson’s instant favorite.
