Smart Kids Planet has amazing customer service!!! I ordered a gift that wasn’t going to come on time and they were very helpful!!! I will definitely order from them again!! Thank you!!!

The customer service is STELLAR!!! The robot that I ordered for grandson is so cute. He’s 5 years old and sleeps with him every night. I accidentally ordered two robots, the Smart Kids Planet customer service team was quick to respond and cancel one of my orders. Once my order was shipped, they let me know that personally, and then they checked in once I received the robot. The customer service is what will keep me as a repeat customer.

I made an error when placing the order and customer service team went above and beyond to correct my mistake. As a result of my customer experience, I will definitely use this company again!

Bought the magicians kit as a gift for a 4 year old. Not only he loved it, his 6 year old sister was obsessed with the tricks and his 2 year old brother refuses to take the hat off! Great gift, the tricks are easy to understand and follow as well

The puzzle itself is well crafted, made of wood and colorful. Very interactive and fun to watch my granddaughter try to place the pieces.
