Getting this bike for my 7 year old was everything for me!!! He absolutely loves it plays the music in his room telling me this is his system on the bike and really loves the fake smoke he really thinks he doing something I love it thank u for making me a proud mom of happy kid!!!!

Got a replacement charger for our Hypergogo cruiser. Up and riding again!

After we purchased the Helmet , there was no communications, no receipt of purchase, no confirmation, no follow up on shipping, so I had to reach out to customer service to request a shipping and tracking number. Customer service did respond with a USPS tracking info. When the package arrived, it was crushed, and inside a 3rd party box, was a Helmut with no original manufacturer box, no sales order, no packing slip and no other manufacturer information, Ugghhhh

I have two boys (ages 4 and 3) who were gifted two motorcycles for Christmas by their Uncle. They are obsessed with them and love to ride around using the bluetooth feature to their favorite songs (anything paw patrol and superhero). Both boys needed training wheels which was a breeze to purchase. Also easy to install using the pictures on the box for guidance. Extra perk is they light up so the boys think they are extra cool. Their confidence and love that has come from these motorcycles is adorable. Would absolutely recommend this company! Even when I had a question about putting air into the tire they helped me with ease.

Happy with the product overall. Just haven't had the time to use it. Runs great it's reliable.

The bike was easy to assemble. Both our 4 year old and 7 year old love it! They both were able to ride bicycles before ordering and we were curious how quickly they would pick up the motorcycle but it was a breeze!

My son absolutely loves his hypergo motorcycle, and riding with us around the block on our Harley's. Such a great bonding experience. Thank you for such a great product!

This bike is a hit with all my grandchildren ages 2-8. It works well and is predictable. Throttle is smooth.

We loved the motorcycle and had so much fun with it. After only 5 months, and the motorcycle being stored indoors, it stopped working. I reached out to Hyper Gogo via email several times and never received a response. I was happy to purchase additional parts, if needed.

We bought our 5yr old the hyper gogo cruiser motorcycle. It has been amazing! It has the 3 speeds and Bluetooth speaker. The sound it makes is just like a Harley which he loves. We also fill the tailpipe with water and it gives a steam from the exhaust. This bike has been put through its paces and really has held up very well. A year so far and zero issues. Well done HYPERGOGO🙌

The cruiser is absolutely amazing! I got it for my 6 year old in his favorite green color and he loves to show it off to everyone!! It was so lightweight and easy to put together.

We ordered 2 units for our kids as presents. I cannot understate how much they love their little motorcycles over any other ‘ride-on’ they have had. The build quality is exceptional for a toy and the experience of riding something with substance really takes it to another level.

Absolutely love that we got my son a hypergogo challenger! He was more than excited to receive it and at just under 4 it is perfect for him. Low enough to be able to sit and balance easily. He's now by far the coolest kid in the neighborhood. The bike build is very high quality and I dont no forsee any issues with it in the future.

So I made a mistake. I bought one for 2 kids. So you know what I did. Corrected my mistake and bought a 2nd. You know why? These are awesome! I'm 35 and I wish I had one of these 30 years ago. Real jelly, but excited for my children to be able to ride. The real life sounds and the fog with the lights and tunes. Chefs kiss.

My two sons love the bikes can't keep them off them!

My kid loves the bike! However The wheel came with the the valve stem wedged against the back wheel so therefore we can't inflate the tire. And the training wheels are worn all the way down in just a week and need replacements.

Used the Hypergogo Cruiser 12 once. Kept it in garage and the next time it would not run. Contacted support and all they could do was blame me for how I did not charge it correctly. Purchased another battery for $90.00 and it came with no instructions. Come to find out you have to remove the engine from the frame and then remove approx. 14 screws to split the engine in half to replace the battery (Hyper Go Go could have made an easy access battery compartment but did not). Bike still did not work so was back on customer support and they said I needed to purchase the control panel. Had to remove the engine again to install. Meanwhile lost the charger (my fault) and you cannot use just any charger so had to buy a new one from Hyper Go Go. Overall, not happy with the money spent and the quality of the product.
And something to keep in mind, I thought I was doing business with a company in the United States (California) however, my credit card alerted me to the charge as an “international charge”. So, your money is not being spent in the US.
