Good customer support
Overall I had a positive experience ordering from Nerdurbanity. I've only ordered one item so far but my overall experience was good and my item arrived in good condition. When contacting customer support for an update I received a prompt and thorough response, not just a standard canned response that doesn't provide any real update like many larger companies do. I will definitely give them my business in the future when they have an item I'm looking for.

Great place to shop for toys. I’ve ordered at least 4 times. This last order I was sent a mangled box. The shipping box itself was not damaged. I am an in box collector but for this one I was planning on opening, so no big deal but worth noting.
UPDATE: I was contacted personally and the owner was very nice to offer a resolution. This goes a long way for me. Nerdurbanity will continue to have my business when I’m in the market for a new toy. Thanks!

I am very sorry to see what happened to your item, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We’ve reviewed the delivery details along with the delivery image and this is absolutely not to our standards and well be refunding your shipping.
Upon reviewing the photo, I did notice the yellow carrier label on the package, which is typically applied during transit when a package has been flagged for handling. It does appear the parcel may have experienced some pressure or impact along the lower side during delivery.
That said, we take full responsibility for ensuring your order arrives in the best condition possible. We will be documenting this with our shipping partner and reviewing our internal packaging methods to further strengthen protection moving forward.
